Wish I could give zero stars. Been trying to see this practice since April and appointments are hard to get, cancelled or rescheduled at the last minute, and the staff is hard to get hold of. If you value your time, find another practice.

Dr. Ganjianpour was great and professional. His customer service however... WORST EXPERIENCE at a medical facility. Saw Dr. Ganjianpour in July. They rereferred me to an MRI office that didn't even do the procedure I needed. Took 2 weeks to fix that. I got the procedure done, then needed an appointment for physical therapy. In 3 weeks, I've left 9 messages, got one call back with promise of an email for P/T appointment, which I never got. Now I'm back to leaving messages. So unprofessional.

I’ve had a great experience with Tower Orthopaedics, they have great staff there! Dr. Bakshian and others are extremely knowledgeable and along with his physical therapists and the assistants, shows a complete understanding of the human body and how to get it working again. I received testing, treatment, and medications as needed. Any requests I had of the doctor and staff was addressed as soon as possible. Appointments were easily available and the doctors and staff were really attentive during visits and listened carefully to my problems. I was given a great plan for current and future treatment. I have been very happy and recommend this company!

The staff at tower orthopedics are phenomenal. Dr Sam, Baksian Orthopedic Surgeon is the best surgeon I have ever encountered. He’s caring, and smart. He knows his work.

Where to start I do not know. I went several times and each time I saw a different physical therapist. I'm sent there for a specific problem and they asked me what do I want to work on today? If I knew that I would do it myself. Total buffoons at the front desk. Oh my God please just stay away.

This is a doctors office that takes the time to understand , diagnose, discuss, educate, and then offer solutions. Dr. Gangianpoir is a fan of the science behind the practice. He understands how motion and impact work. From healing my knee to advising on my back and working with my trainer to ensure my workouts are correct to just recently curing my tennis elbow I couldn’t be more pleased with the level of care I have received. Lastly, the staff, particularly the front desk is filled with a lovely group of people who are organized and accommodating. My last visit was during covid and I was extremely satisfied with their safety protocols and the social distancing practices that they followed within their waiting room. This is a A+ type of place.

WOST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Yesterday i witnessed the physical therapy department treating an older asian person with a language barrier inhumanly, they had no compassion no patience and no kindness towards her the poor lady was in shock and in disbelief that they wouldn’t help her or explain things further ( The therapist was was a gentleman with white hair and an african American young man) mind you i was at an appointment with my mom to translate so i can only imagine how they treat other patients

Dr. Mark Ganjianpour was great and professional. I have gone to many experts for my injury but I feel like this doctor took my case very seriously and explained everything thoroughly.
