I’ve had such a great experience with Dr Tami and Dr Brett for myself and for my newborn. My son is thriving which is definitely due to the help of chiropractic care. The office is clean and tidy. The staff is so kind. I highly recommend Total Wellness of NJ for prenatal, postpartum and pediatric chiropractic care!

Tami & Bret are the best they care about their patients. The staff are friendly and willing to help you on a pinch notice. I started going to total wellness of NJ since the early 2000s I met bret at Jefferson township Day and he welcomed me to come in to his office to get my back adjusted. I then had moved away from NJ though I wanted to move back for the longest time. In 2022 I was able to move back and came back to Bret for an adjustment. I know he & Tami will help me become more healthy. I highly recommend Bret & Tami for your Total Wellness health and fitness.

I was suffering from more frequent migraines so I decided I needed to add chiropractic care into my life! It had been a while since I was last adjusted and now that I come in for my regular adjustments, since July of 2014, my neck and shoulder pain have been relieved and my migraines have decreased significantly. I have a high stress job so I don’t know if they will go away completely while still working! Living in less pain has greatly increased my quality of life! -2016 During my first pregnancy my baby was breech, and with special adjustments throughout my pregnancy I not only got relief from my normal issues, but we were also successful in flipping the baby. I have brought both of my babies to Dr. Tammy and Dr. Brett since birth for adjustments and I believe it has kept them healthy. Dr. Bret adjusted me throughout my whole pregnancy and I honestly have to say I wouldn’t have been able to walk without him! Now postpartum he adjusts both my son and I, he has been a lifesaver in our breastfeeding journey as my son has oral ties and had A LOT of tension which made his latch very tense and painful. Even after one session with Dr. Bret it was a world of difference and he was so much looser. I could not recommend total wellness more! The whole staff is amazing

I have been so pleased with my care at Total Wellness of NJ! I’ve been coming in during most of my pregnancy, initially when I was experiencing lower back pain early on. I am now in my 39th week without pain or discomfort and feeling fantastic with baby in an optimal position. I learned so much while working with them about the role Chiro can play in pregnancy, as well as for infants and children. I also had several massages with Gloria who has provided some wonderful prenatal massages and helped position the baby optimally and relieve pressure on my back. Highly recommend!! I am so thankful I found Dr Bret, Dr Tami, and Gloria and so grateful for how they helped me feel so wonderful in my pregnancy and prepare for birth! Could not recommend them more!

I have been working with Dr. Tami Hartman since 15 weeks in my second pregnancy and have had so much relief from the usual pregnancy discomforts. I have noticed far less round ligament pain and have had much less hip pain than with my first pregnancy. She is so caring and truly listens to you to find how she can best help. She specializes in pregnancy care which was important to me when searching for a chiropractor. I would highly recommend seeing her throughout pregnancy!
