I have used TST for several things over the years. Plantar Fasciitis, which I couldn’t get rid of for eight months. They got rid of it after three weeks. Post op torn meniscus, heel spur and now post op total knee replacement. Very flexible scheduling and the staff is so friendly and helpful. The location is great just minutes from my home. If you need any Physical Therapy and live in the Cave Creek/North Phoenix, I highly recommend this facility.

I broke my leg in half about 4 months ago. I came to Total Sports despaired and distraught. Not only did the trainers have excellence knowledge (as mentioned by my surgeon) but they also are friendly and welcoming. With their help I was able to get walking again very fast! I recommend this place for everyone who is going through a trauma injury or just someone who has to fix their minor pains.

Total Sports Therapy Cave Creek did a fabulous job for me. I had sever shoulder pain and was to the point of going to a Mayo Orthopedic Surgeon about doing a shoulder replacement. I came to Total Sports Therapy to see if they could help me. The therapists guided me through strengthening my shoulder. I am now pain free and no longer need to consider surgery. I recommend Total Sports Therapy Cave Creek to anyone. They listened to me. They were careful with a 70 year old person who needed to work at the strengthening exercises at my rate. Phenomenal physical therapy clinic. Having never gone through rehabbing an injury I can’t say enough good things about this clinic. All staff was superb, especially the owner Drew. With a combination of knowledge, great treatment, and professionalism this was a 10/10 experience for a 6 month long rehab. Would recommend to anyone.

I have used TST for shoulder rehab after 2 shoulder surgeries. They were excellent in providing the guidance and motivation to build strength and range of motion. Very satisfied with their professional approach.

I had back-to-back total hip replacements and was attending PT three times a week for seven (7) months. I just “graduated" last week!!! Each and every time I went there the team was so fantastic! Andrew was my therapist and he was always patient & so very encouraging. He worked diligently to get me even better than I was before I had surgery! The PT Techs are all fun, knowledgeable, and very friendly! Overall, a great experience and a great place to regain your health! I miss them already!

Chris and his staff took excellent care of rehabilitating my total knee replacement. They are very aware that everyone progresses at different rates and tailor the program to the specific goals of each individual. If it were not for them, I would not be near as far along in returning to normal activities as I am. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

I have been going to Total Sports Physical Therapy for approximately 12 years. I have always gone to the the Lone Mountain location except twice when I went to the Anthem office for dry needling and a crystal test. During all that time I have had rotator cuff surgery, meniscus repair, a fractured wrist, fractured right pelvic bone & pubic bone and assorted back issues. Currently my hands are being worked on & also upper body strength. I have been worked on by every therapist there, but I primarily see Drew. They have all been very professional and knew what they were doing. The rest of the staff has been great too. I recommend TST to all of my friends.
