Total Rehab

Absolutely love this place! Dr Mann and staff are really great. He fixes me up and teaches me exercises that allow me to correct the orthopedic issues I’m having before they become a real problem. I pay cash and I can’t think of a better value for the money. Highly recommend!

There are truly not enough positive things I can say about this place. Let me start with the staff; from the moment you walk in until you leave, they make you feel welcomed and loved. They are extremely knowledgeable and speak with you in layman's terms, so we can understand what they are doing and why. This is important to me because it's been a scary time, having had a horrible fall. The equipment is ALWAYS clean and in working order. Most people complain and dread going to PT. I however, look forward to it and because it's the staff. . I LOVE THIS PLACE❣️

Went in 8/7/24 to set up an appointment. The receptionist who I spoke with Wednesday and today when I got there was extremely nice. They took my information and told me they would contact me regarding the cost of treatment and what day I could come in. Received a call the next day explaining everything and we made an appointment for 1:00 on 8/12/24. I showed up 20 minutes early today in case I had to fill out any paperwork. When I got there, they had not put me in the system for an appointment. After about 20 minutes of them trying to figure out what was going on, I filled out the paperwork, and was taken to a room and told that someone would be with me shortly. After 10 or so minutes the receptionist came back and asked if anyone had been by and informed her they had not. I heard her go ask someone about it so I gave it another 10 minutes. After still not being seen at 1:40, I decided to just leave. I was really looking forward to trying this place out because of the great reviews they have. I would have gladly come back another time if they had just mentioned there was an error and I didn’t get put in the system. I sat around for an hour and it just felt like another typical doctors office. Of course, this could have just been a one time bad experience because they do have great reviews but it is frustrating.

I cannot express with words the level of comfort the staff has provided during my prehab and rehab after surgery. They are in tune with how my body is responding to treatment and make adjustments according. Brittany has super conscientious to how I am responding and is genuinely concerned for my recovery and it is so appreciated! Love this facility and team!! This is the only place I will go😊

Very nice and comfortable place. At Total Rehab you are getting quality one on one therapy. Nice and friendly staff. Highly recommend.

The staff there are so friendly and welcoming. Dillon is super cool and funny. He seems to keep a smile on everyone's face. Kelly appears to be a great leader. She is very nice and makes sure things are getting done. They have alot of other staff who seem to all work together and create a great environment. I didn't have one bad day going to therapy here.

Every staff member treats you like family and are very thorough in their explanations of any questions. Always smiling faces and leaves me a little less painful with each visit!

Total Rehab has been great taking care of my baby and getting her legs stronger!! I recommend this facility for your therapy needs!!!
