Total Recovery PT, P.C.

Walked into the practice in September of 2024 with heal pain which caused me a lot of pain. Seeing Alan the PT was the best experience as well as all of the office staff were excellent. I consider front very important. Which in this case Deanna Britney and rest to be very polite, professional and very inviting to the location. However, very flexible place as far as location and time scheduling. I had Plantar Fasciatis and finishing off today after 2 months feeling and leaving with no pain. Still need to follow the exercises I was doing and to continue progressing with no pain Glad to have started my journey with Total Recovery and would definitely recommend to anyone 😊 Thank you to everyone who helped with my healing process

The physical therapists at total Recovery are top notch! Started physical therapy with Alex in June for knee pain. I began to feel better after a few weeks. Soon after I developed neck tingling and slight numbness and was treated by Mike who has gone above and beyond. He is so patient and works so hard to help relieve all my aches and pains. Would highly recommend this facility and thankful for Alex, Pete, Allen, Antonio, Lori and especially Mike for caring so much and being so personable.

My mother went to To total recovery because of shoulder pain. She is so impressed with the great staff and their professionalism. They are all excellent! Lori especially helped her very much. Definitely recommend this rehab.

What a great experience with Allan, Anj, Micheal, Greg and their PT assistants! I’m near 💯 percent after 8 weeks of therapy following knee surgery and will continue to come in for regular tune ups to keep my 50+ body in good working order! Sorry about the contest, but you have all helped me so much that I couldn’t pick a favorite 😊

TRPT is great! I had severe neck pain and left sided numbness/weakness that sent me to the hospital. Day 1 - Antonio worked on my neck and I got immediate relief (I knew this was the place for me). I was so worried I would not be out of immediate pain for days but all the therapists and acupuncturists worked together and targeted each issue with their expertise. Alexandra took care of unrelenting muscle tightness, Mike/Allen/Dan - the aides, front desk - just everybody - kept working away to get me back to daily functions. Their synergy is incredible. Kudos to them and thank you all for your healing and compassion.

These people are crazy....crazy good. After a motorvehicle accident and surgery due to the accident, I've done about 10 months of physical therapy here. I've seen every therapist they have and every single one of them spent ample time with me to put me on the best possible rehab plan to get back to normal. They also have some advanced devices that really helped me in my recovery. The aides and front desk staff are also awesome. They are such a pleasure to talk to. I've never had a hard communicating with them. They answer every time I call and text and always have a great attitude. Like I said, they're crazy...crazy good.

I visited Total Recovery this afternoon with an ongoing elbow issue. The therapist I worked with is very knowledgeable and friendly. He really took the time to test, diagnose and treat my problem. I’ve been to other PT offices, where I’ve felt rushed through the appointments. Not here! My first time trying out the Neubie device! Very interesting and helpful therapy!! Big thanks to the team at Total Recovery PT!!!

If you need physical or occupational therapy, there is no better place than Total Recovery Physical Therapy in Little Falls, NJ. The staff at the desk is warm, welcoming , and efficient and the professional staff is knowledgeable and caring. All of the PTs and aides are excellent; however I really recommend Allen. He listens to what I have to say and formulates a plan of action with me. Besides all that, he has a great sense of humor! I have also had the pleasure of working with Ivan and Peter who have the same gentle, yet demanding qualities. Going to TRPT has improved my life,
