TOTAL Physical Therapy/TOTAL Sports Performance & Wellness Center

I recently took my 9-year-old, who is autistic, to this clinic for physical therapy for back pain. The facility seemed unusually empty, and one of the male therapists let me know he preferred to work alone with my child. After that session, my child specifically requested that I stay with them for future visits. When I asked the clinic to accommodate my disability needs, my request was denied. That ended our need for services. I continued to receive an excessive number of follow-up calls and voicemails. Overall, this experience left me feeling uneasy about the clinic.

My daughter plays soccer and started having knee pain. We began treating at Total Physical Therapy at Eastlake and have been so impressed with their professionalism and the level of care that we've received. She has continued to treat on a maintenance basis with PTA Allan who is absolutely the best! Have seen fabulous results all around. We love the entire staff who make you feel like family every time you walk in.

I have been a patient since February and everyone who I have encountered has been awesome. They are compassionate and they love what they do. I enjoy meeting Gabby, Alex and Madeline at the front desk. Working with Ben, PT, is awesome as he helps me gain my hand modalities. Gina and Yassenia are great in assisting with my exercises. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone.

Just finished rehabbing my hip & the results were nothing short of amazing. I worked with Robert Quan and his team. I won't lie to you... It is very very painful, but if you do the work, the results will be phenomenal. The Doctor who performed the surgery told me that it normally takes one year for most people to accomplish what I accomplished in 60 days. My range of motion is already back to 100%. I am very grateful that Robert did what he needed to do... I wasn't easy, but without a doubt, it was worth it. I would highly recommend Robert and his Team.

Hard a question about billing. I contacted LaVonya of the billing department. Her tireless effort and professionalism was evident throughout the whole process. Thank you for rectifying the issue with my insurance company. I recommend this place to everyone.

The staff, physical therapist and assistants are all great. It is a friendly atmosphere with an upbeat feel. Everyone is very helpful and they take the best care of you while doing your treatments/exercises back to recovery! Definitely a place to recommend to others who need to recover from injuries to get back to 100%. A place filled with ALOHA!

The whole group of therapist working at this.place are great at what they do. Their professionalism will make you feel comfortable and the gives off a good vibe to make everyone feel comfortable.. They take their time with all their clients and build relationshis so you feel like a person and not a paycheck.. I would most definitely recommend this place

Such an icky experience. Was not believed about my pain and was told I was chicken to try when I could not perform excercise. Therapist just want to mark off exercises completed and would walk off every time I started activity and would not work with me. Ew. However very nice front office staff
