Great & knowledgeable physical therapists! Helpful, patient, understanding of it's pain. Great guidance in exercise regimen & assisting one to reach their goal & full potential! Office staff extremely nice & helpful in booking appts, answering questions & efficiently handles & processes payments. Aquatic therapy is also good!

THE BEST! I’ve had 3 knee surgeries, so I’m no stranger to PT, and the professionalism and compassion here are unmatched. Taylor and Madison have been attentive, and always listen to concerns when I have flair ups. They provide tons of 1-1 time and are very responsive. Also, Lily and Audry are amazing assistants, too, and always greet you when you arrive for appointments.

I have only been going for PT here for about 2 weeks, but thus far I'm quite impressed. Austin is very knowledgeable and is very attentive. The one aspect (sans the current holiday period) that I appreciate the most is that there's generally only 2 clients per therapist per session which is what I would expect, as opposed to the larger institutions like Rothman where you are lucky if you are among only 4 patients. I despised that considering I'm a paying customer and expect a reasonably certain amount of the therapists attention. So kudos to TPPT for maintaining that more reasonable client/therapist ratio. P.S. If I had one criticism it's the Harleysville location has been rather cold as of late. Not sure if that's a preferred setting or if there's an issue with the system/landlord.

So glad I found this place! I’ve been going to total performance for 3 months and every visit is terrific. Taylor led me through pre-hab for my torn ACL and made sure I was getting as strong and confident as possible before my surgery. Now I’m a few weeks out and I’m making great progress. Taylor and her student Madison are so knowledgeable and take their time answering (and explaining!) everything. They’ve really pushed me to reach the goals set by my surgeon while also being sensitive to my discomfort. It’s a balancing act and they’ve nailed it every appointment. The overall vibe of the place is great, too. Everyone is so nice and great to talk to. I can’t recommend them enough!

I have used Total Performance on multiple occasions and different locations. I always get top notch treatment and caring service. They are my go-to support team to keep me active in my adventures.

Highly recommend this location. Taylor and staff are the best professionally, & sincerely sweet & caring. They have been working with my mother, Shirley and she adores them. New, Clean, facility with aquatic pool. So glad they opened Harleysville area location as it's convenient to our home. I would give them 10+ stars if the scale went higher! Keep up the fabulous work gals.

Excellent marvelous so knowledgeable and caring with me and my issues. Explaining and showing me just what and why I am doing these exercises and exactly how they are going to get be back on track! I can’t say enough about Dr. Taylor, Audrey at the front desk ,Lily and Madison doing her internship here at the Harleysville location.
