I had the privilege of working with both Randy and Meghan on a recurring epicondylitis issue in both my elbows. As an athlete it was important for me to be able to return to doing the things I loved and get through my workday without pain. As someone who types all day for a living it was not easy to give myself the proper recovery. Both Randy and Meghan were compassionate, understanding of my desire to resume normal activity, and they tried lots of different things to see what might work best for me. I was even given at-home exercises to do between visits. I felt like they really cared about helping me. I am happy to report that after months of treatments, combined with proper rest and patience, I can finally lift weights AND do my remote typing job without pain. I know their role in this was huge. Highly recommend!

I would highly recommend Total Motion Physical Therapy to anyone in need of PT. I have used Randys professional service for over 15 years. He is extremely knowledgeable and competent. He regularly relieves the chronic pain in my neck and shoulders, which allows me to continue working as an IT professional.

Olivia was my PT and she was amazing as she helped me navigate changes to my body carriage, exercises and helpful hints on everyday activities. The difference in how my body feels is wonderful. I highly recommend TMPT. Everyone is friendly and caring. I would return in a minute, if needed.

I began physical therapy with Randy at total motion after 17 days in ICU and 51 days at st. Luke’s spinal cord rehab in Spokane. I started out on life support not being able to breath, talk move, or feel anything from my c-2 vertebrae down. I was never supposed to walk again or even have hand function. When released from st. Luke’s, I could stand up and had just started to feed myself again. The Amazing team at st. Luke’s got me way farther than they had expected. When I started going to Randy at Total Motion, I quickly realized he was the the best physical therapist to go to. He has the best knowledge and experience that has made me able to run, hike, jump, swim, lift weights, etc. I can now even feel majority of my body now. He gave me guidance on Healthy eating, , to try yoga, and so many other things that have helped greatly. The more active I’ve become, the more nerves begin to wake up. Him and I both worked hard in each session to the point we were both sweating and completely exhausted. You will not find a more qualified or quality group of people in Oregon or Washington to help you get back to normal. Randy and his team has definitely gave me my life back. the total motion team care about you and make you family as soon as you walk in the door. there’s so much more I could say that we have been through together in my transformation. Thank you Randy Ryan Wilson

Total Motion is the best! First time in about 10 years that I have felt heard and understood! They work WITH me to treat my pain and it works. They have lots of options for treatment, but my favorites are massage and cupping! Oh, not to mention, the entire crew is so friendly and encouraging...I drive two hours once a week to visit this team! Love them ❤️! Thank you TOTAL MOTION!

AMAZING. What else can I say? They were prepared for me (reviewed my referral notes. Quickly confirmed my diagnosis and status. They ask questions and listen to the answers. The therapy I'm getting is working. They are invested in me and my health, so now I am. I can't imagine where I would be without them. Pick total motion

I reccommend Total Motion Physical Therapy. Olivia is a gem, she is professional and punctual as well as flexible with appointments and scheduling when you need to be seen. I am very gratefult that I could be evaluated by a PT without having to first see an MD/ARNP and wait through the referral process. She has helped me with my tight neck and shoulder muscles from stress and previous injuries. You will leave feeling better AND recieve education and exercise tips/notes on how to continue to keep feeling your best to get the most out of your visit. It is well worth the consultation in my opinion, you won't regret it!
