Wonderful clinic. On-site ultrasound made todays visit so practical. All of the providers have been excellent. My family of all ages goes here for all of our needs!

Helpful staff, timely wait, clean facility, lost of gorgeous new updates. I love Monica and Leah so much! They are professional and highly skilled. I am always well taken care of here. Will be back!!

Herston needs to reassess her bedside manner. There is NO reason a sick patient should feel humiliated in the doctor's office. Absolutely unacceptable. When someone says they are recovering from a stomach illness and have TRIED to eat, you should NOT get loud and say "well you NEED to eat something!" with an attitude. I KNOW THAT! I also don't need you to tell me how bad my teeth are when I'm well aware. I came to the doctor for help with my illness, not for the doctor to make comments about my teeth. She was rude, and I cried for a second in the bathroom. I will no longer visit this clinic unless Thompson is available. Prescriptions from Herston are always delayed. I have had this issue with her multiple times. She will wait 30min, and once up to the 3hrs, to get your prescription to the pharmacy. She gets mad when you call ask about it and speaks to you like you're a child. She has also sent our prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy on multiple occasions. I'm almost positive she is only there to push these weight loss products that she has so obviously used for herself. She has never once made me feel like she cares about me or anyone in my family. Thompson, on the other hand, has always been super nice and actually seems to care about why you are there.

If I could I would give them no stars or negative I would my husband came in with severe pain they said he was dehydrated and uti so they gave him fluids antibiotics and dose toradol thru iv. I knew this was not right. They didnt even tell us they called any meds in. Sent him home and come back Friday for ultrasound only day they do them. They called with those results everything fine. He could have died! He had an abcess from diverticulitis!! Be warned they didn't even call him back til Monday and then said his white blood cells were crazy elevated. Meanwhile we went to Helen keller Saturday,they saved his life!! Do not go to a doctor in a box. They will smile and call you sweetie and take your money. When they should tell you to go to ER.

Good clinic to use. The whole family goes there and we get in and out quickly. They go out of their way to treat you and be helpful The nurse practitioners are very kind and listen to your problem.

I’m not sure about how they treat their patients, but I do know how they treat their employees.. If you go that regularly you will notice that they have a very high turnover on their employees.. They use the employees to get all they can get out of them and then cut their hours so low that they have to quit. Or if they get sick instead of checking on them, they just hire someone else in there place.
