This is my second time within six years of being treated at Total Heath Family Clinic. They are very friendly, knowledgeable, experienced, and helpful. From the moment you walk in for the initial visit, you will be warmly greeted by the staff. The paperwork process is streamlined, not complicated at all. They communicate timely and efficiently with all external parties as needed. When you’re called to the back for actual treatment, the PT technicians are very kind, helpful and courteous. They want to see you get better. When you’re done with your treatment plan for the day, you will have a personal visit with the doctor to diagnosis your progress. They are concerned with your success. They want to see you improve. They care. What I love about them the most is they personally care too. The doctors are very supportive. I experienced two deaths in my family all in less than two months while receiving treatment. They were all over it, offering their heartfelt condolences while treating me. I highly recommend this clinic. They are determined to get you back healthy again. Try them out, you won’t be disappointed. They even remind you of your appointments too.
