Total Fitness at RMC

The staff at Total Fitness is absolutely remarkable! They are all very friendly and determined to get back to normal mobility. I have only had 4 sessions so far and everyone there has made a collective effort to find the best rehabilitation process for my specific needs. I can promise you that you will be greeted with multiple smiles and caring attitudes while in the facility. I would gladly recommend them a thousand times over and should I ever need rehab again they will be my first and only choice!

I have been going to TF over the past couple of years for physical therapy. the PT staff are top-notch folks, very caring and very knowledgeable. I highly recommend TF for all of your PT needs.

The staff there are very nice and they work hard to get you feeling better. I would not go anywhere else for my PT.

A little crowded (equipment), but otherwise good for general workout.
