We recently switched our preferred urgent care provider to Total Care, which has been a fantastic choice for our team. Our employees value the efficient service and compassionate staff, and I appreciate their attentive care towards our staff and their clear communication. We wholeheartedly recommend Total Care to other employers.

Friendly staff and easy instructions to be seen and to be healed in a safe timely manner 💝🙏
First time in. I saw Jan and Wayne for blood work and a physical. They were fantastic and compassionate. My overall experience today was incredible, thank you to everyone!
Future employer sent paperwork. When I checked in Front desk staff stated had no paper work. Informed them that everything was sent. Showed them email instructions. Finally found paperwork. X-Ray Tech unprofessional and with attitude (being fat, looks like he slept with his clothes). Took 1/2 … long time to see MD Don’t come here with an injury/medical problem. You’ll due
Every professional staff. Caring doctors and helpful. They made me feel like they cared for me and I wishes these were my doctor's.
This office over loads their appointment schedules for all the doctors, especially for Dr. Hanna. Each appointment I made would be 45 mins to 1.5 hours late for less than 5 mins of face time with the doctors. Pleasant medical staff once you are finally seen.
This place is utterly useless, the women who work the receptionist area are racist, this place doesn't know how to keep appts, expect to wait hours and if your in pain go to an ER don't come here
This clinic is in violation of HIPAA in so many ways. Leaving doors open when a patient is in their room waiting for a doctor, of which you can hear conversations that occur with other patients and their doctor. They ask for patients date of birth and other PII openly during checkin loud enough for other patients in waiting room to hear. I have personally been with my spouse and she has to wait over 30 minutes after her appointment time to even be brought back to her room. Just filed a complaint through HSS.
