My experience at Total Care Physical Therapy has been great so far! The staff is very welcoming and the receptionists are always accommodating with appointments. I’ve been receiving Chiropractic care with Dr Mike after being in a car accident and he’s truly awesome. He’s also attentive to your concerns and takes his time. Definitely recommend it here!

I came here after I had surgery, and I'm currently 3 months post op and almost at 100% thanks to them!! I have nothing negative to say about this facility, from the employees at the front desk to the massage therapists and the physical therapists... everyone from day one was always friendly and helpful. I won't lie, in the beginning I was very discouraged and sometimes down but the staff always brought my spirits up, they were always positive and they listen to their patients. I appreciate them 😌 You won't regret coming here. (Sidebar: they also do acupuncture in the back!)

Excellent care from everyone. I had some pain in my elbow and my pain is gone. Arthur the owner is amazing, provided me with all the information that I needed to know about my injury. He's caring and has a way to make everyone feel welcomed despite the pain. Jonathan is very informative as well as the deep tissue massages he provides are very helpful to relieve the pain and discomfort due to injury. Plus, he's very friendly and treats everyone with respect and care. The receptionists are very prompt with providing appointments and insurance coverage. My first appointment was a last minute appointment and they got me on the schedule right away. Also, they're open on Sundays which can be helpful for those of us with a tight work schedule. The facility is clean and very well kept.

Fine, but.… Three and a half stars, actually. I would love to have given them five. The people at the front desk couldn’t be more helpful and friendly. The therapists ditto; they really know their stuff and are willing to take advice from each other—IF they have time to help you. And that’s the problem. As a client, it’s frequently hard to get the personal attention you need. The management books way too many appointments. As someone who’s previously had extensive physical training and also undergone a good amount of physical/occupational therapy, I found there was often no one available if I had specific questions or wanted to have some input into my exercise regimen. They’re just too busy, and clearly aren’t used to handling clients who are capable of making decisions about their treatment. The facility itself is also kind of cramped. If you really want to maximize your time in PT, I’d recommend Exchange Physical Therapy at Port Imperial. I only stopped going there because I changed my insurance to one they didn’t take.

After fracturing my ankle, I arrived at the facility with limited mobility. In just a week, thanks to their exceptional care, I was walking with renewed comfort and confidence. On day one, Doyin took the time to thoroughly understand my injury and develop a personalized recovery plan. The combination of PT, acupuncture, massages, and cupping has been instrumental in my speedy recovery. The entire team's welcoming atmosphere makes me genuinely look forward to each appointment.

I love the service!! the facility is clean the receptionist are on top of everything and they are very nice and welcoming every time I come. I recommend Dr D and Rowgie when you come you won’t be disappointed. They’re always on target and know how to move and run the clinic efficiently. You’re never left unattended and they always take care of you and you will never be left alone. I have never seen that other physical therapy clinics. 5/5 hands down
