If I could give this place a 0 I could! Horrible service they don't pick up the phone nor answer messages. I told the doctor about my concerns of not being able to get in touch with anyone in the office by phone...she was totally OK with her staff not answering phones. Don't come o this office for treatment they are a mess. Office staff is lazy they sit at the front desk talking while the phone is ringing of the hook.

Very rude staff, DISGUSTINGLY DIRTY OFFIE! Called multiple times at different hours and days NEVER GOT A CALL BACK! Walked in to be seen it took almost an hour and a half to do a drug test for pre-employment!

My husband goes here for a back injury he received at work, he’s been seen by Dr.Emerzian in the past year and half. This man claims to be the best in the valley, in reality he’s no better than a child in med school. He’s done nothing but berate, degrade, and belittle people(patients) including my husband in every visit. He’s disliked by everyone in his care, for either him being rude or inconsiderate of their claimed injuries or ongoing pain. He doesn’t care about his buildings work ethics, his staff needless to say is subpar, I’ve seen on a few accounts where front desk staff would let the phone ring, and then pick up the receiver and put it back to hang up. The amount of idiocy and negligence between staff and Dr. Emerzian and the unwillingness to listen to a patient’s concerns is insurmountable. I’m sure that the reviews left on Google are more accurate than what I have have stated about this medical building’s practices and how their staff treats patients. It’s a folly to believe that someone like himself to be a doctor/chiropractor of any kind. I would hope that he would step down and give his title to someone more professional, considerate, and confident in their abilities to help their clients. Regardless of affiliation with insurance companies.

Had a doctors appointment at 330 Been here since 315 it’s now 404 and I still haven’t seen the doctor This is ridiculous. Get more staff.

I had a scheduled appointment so I was in and out of the office! Others that were there already waiting kind of gave me a weird look smh, just know it's always best to have an appointment anywhere you go.

No customer services or instructions or information and greetings what so ever. Signed in at 8:33am and everyone who came after me was seen. Went up to ask and the previous sign in paper was already gone. I've been skipped and written off as I've been seen. The time now is 10:26am date now is Feb 17 2023. I'm just here to do a simple rapid drug screen and have been sitting here.

This place is awesome. My visit was just routine. But, i was in and out fairly quickly. And best of all,, once i was takin to an exam room. The Doctor was in there talking to me in less then 5 minutes. And she was so nice and conciderate to me. Thank you. Great staff that truly cares.
