Only if I could give 100 stars ! Brian Elmo is fantastic. I have never seen a PT guy knowing his job better than anyone else. He knows the anatomy outstandingly and he listens to you, then he gives exercises specific to your problem. Trust this, bec this is coming from a person who has had several sports injuries in the past and have visited PT many many times...I was lucky that a friend referred Brian Elmo. I am now fixed but the exercise will continue all the time. Thanks Brian!

Go to Total Body PT, you will not be disappointed. Hope and Brian are amazing. They take insurance and most importantly they know how to solve whatever is giving you pain. With four kiddos, I have frequent flyer miles with sports injuries, scoliosis, pinched nerves, back and hip problems. Your body will be happy you went!

Brian is a wonderful Physical Therapist. Great at diagnosing and treating injuries.

Brian Elmo at Total Body is perhaps the best PT I have worked with. Over the past six years I have had five major surgeries, two knee replacements, a hip replacement as well as Achilles reconstruction and rotator cuff repair. Although all of my PTs were good, Brian provided the most tailored exercises for my condition. However, the results depend on doing the work at home. Unlike other PT facilities, there are no aides. You will spend all of your appointment with the therapist. In my view, this is a practice for patients committed to their recovery and willing to put in the work between PT appointments.

After having a surprise ankle break (I mean, what bone breaking isn't a surprise?!) and restorative surgery I was in major need of PT to regain my precious rock climbing mobility. Hope at Total Body PT is INCREDIBLE. She is extremely intelligent and truly a master within her specialty. Some of the exercises she recommends are like magic. You can really tell she cares about you, your health and your future, too. Both my boyfriend and I are attending PT with Hope and have nothing but good things to say. 10/10 would recommend going through PT with a partner for extra support!! But thank you, Hope for all that you do and continue to do for BK and I!

Brian And Hope (the two owners ) are brilliant. They are not your typical physical therapist that sits and watches you do exercises that you can easily do at home. I met Brian after a partial knee replacement. At my first visit he didn’t load me up with generic exercises, but instead was determined to understand why I needed the surgery. He analyzed my posture and was able to identify exactly what muscles were not engaging. He is strategic in his approach and sets up a customized protocol for every patient. He has since worked on my torn rotator which is almost fully better with no surgery. Both Brian and Hope are very special in how they approach physical therapy. It would be in anyone’s best interest to at least set up a consult before you choose your therapist. You won’t be sorry !

I’ve been to dozens of physical therapists before and none of my several issues ever got better or resolved. I started seeing Brian Elmo in January 2021 and I can actually look behind me on my left and right side. (Which I haven’t been able to do in years), my alignment has improved, and my back pain is incredibly manageable (as long as I stick to my exercises) by correcting these issues it is starting to also fix my leg issues, my tmj, and tendinitis. Brian is the best physical therapist I’ve ever been to and could not recommend him enough to others. 10 out of 5 stars! Best in the business!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Thank you Brian Elmo for giving me the ability to spend time with friends riding my bike over 10,000 miles since I first came to you with an ankle problem.... I highly recommend Total Body Physical Therapy for those in need of PT. My primary doctor also told me he has recommended Total Body PT to his patients who have had good results... In my case, years a go, 2 orthopedists told me that if my ankle didn't get better there was nothing else they or ANYONE could do to help me. One said if that's the case I should learn to live with he pain. On my first visit with Brian he said he could help and he did. I've been bike riding, hiking and so on ever since. Brian has helped me with other PT related issues with similar good results. enough said...... Howard
