I have had several opportunities to work with a number of physical therapists, while recovering from arthroscopic surgeries. When I faced bilateral knee replacement, I knew I needed the best, and T.O.P.S.Physical Therapy, under the leadership of Dr. Amy Brannon, proved to be the ideal clinic to make a difference in my recovery. Dr. Brannon and her team of therapists and technicians ensured I never settled for less than 100% recovery. Dr. Brannon ensures she and her team are trained on the latest techniques, and that training is critical to patient care. So when it was time for my shoulder to get repaired, there was no hestitaion in where I would go for physical therapy. From the front desk to the therapy dogs who are there for you when the going gets tough, I can't convey how exceptional it feels to work with professionals who treat you like their own family. When you want the best for your rehab needs, there is only one location to make those appointments-T.O.P.S.Physical Therapy!!

- a wonderful place to do therapy - therapy primarily by the physical therapist (unheard of). - engagement with the patient and family for a wholistic approach - adjust care care to address what you’re personal needs are -hands on stretching your muscles - office staff are super efficient, helpful, approachable, greet you with smiles and positive attitudes😘 - the office has a crazy fun play list of tunes to get you moving at a volume you can hear!! - therapy dogs … seriously a beautiful set of pooches that occasionally come in. - employees are a variety of ages and are so welcoming to everyone that comes in!!

TOPS is the best place ever. I feel so cared for. Carrie is so nice, Carolyn has the best stories, Meghan is so funny, and Amy is the OG with the cutest dogs. Come here for PT. Everyone is so cool

Mila Baich was the one who checked me out, as a customer from the start I gotten an impression from her as passive aggressive, I was referred from my doctor that TOPS is the “best” physical therapy provider. But as I got to experience while speaking to her she has been rude to me. When I got referred for my back AND my ankle she had claimed I wasn’t refer to do my ankle and just my back, and had stuck with the same answer until we had went back and forth until I showed her a physical paper referral that I was able to get checked for both. The last situation was, when she checked me out, she had told me that it was going to be $50 for copay, as I already paid for my first visit. But for my second visit, nobody had said anything about the copay. Then I mentioned to her “my last visit I didn’t have to pay “ Then she had claimed that it was going to be $100. As I told her, “hold on real quick, I’m going to give my mom a call,” she had starred me down like a hawk, like I was going to leave. As she was whispering to her colleagues and watching me and starring me down. I think it is unprofessional and I hope she does better with her customers service. As an office manager, I hope she does better for her job and as a person.

Truly the best physical therapy center I have been to (and I have tried 4 others over the years post surgeries). I had a total knee replacement on July 15, 2020. Keith and Ellie have been my main therapists. They never let me give up. I don't believe I would have recovered and healed as quickly without them. Don't get me wrong. PT does stand for pain and torture LOL But they are professional and kind and incredibly knowledgeable. This center treats many PD, FD, athletes of all kids as patients and they welcomed this musical theater performer as their newest athlete. Every session I am greeted at the desk with my name (not once pronounced wrong which is HUGE) and warm (masked) faces. They created a plan for me which included home exercises. Each session includes 1-on-1 time with the therapist as well as personalized exercises. Amy has an awesome staff. Oh and did I mention the trio of therapy dogs?? Yes therapy dogs! I am going to miss this place because Keith, Ellie and the rest have become my healing family. I am not going to rush out and get another injury but if I ever do, I am coming back here!

My husband went to TOPS after his knee surgery and raved about his experience. At the time, I was in a different PT place for a recent neck surgery and was feeling luke warm about my treatment. I decided to give TOPS a try and the hubs was right - I'm grateful to have found this place! Every member of their staff is professional, friendly and passionate about what they do. The level of expertise for the therapists and assistants is phenomenal. This crew knows their stuff. Plain and simple. Plus, you get to see adorable dogs every day. Who doesn't love that? Hey, even if you're not a dog person (which I can't even imagine but it's all good), these dogs are the most well behaved dogs on the planet so hop in and get the treatment you need. I'd give this place 10 stars if I could. They're life savers. And, the dogs are cute (had to mention it twice).

One word, Yes!!! Everyone is always so friendly when I’m here. The staff knows every clients first names upon walking in, they even offers water etc to ensure your comfort at arrival and throughout the appointment. They make you feel at home and it’s evident they all like their jobs and enjoy being here. Meghan is my physical therapist and I adore her. She really takes the time to understand how things are progressing etc and knowledgeable, caring and fun! She is very personable, funny and sweet. I’m forgetting some names but big shout out to Nixon, Diamond, Xavier, Karly and Mila. I highly recommend T.O.P.S for your physical therapy needs!
