Top Tier Sports Medicine

I have been impacted by a low level of vertigo (BPPV) for several years. At the suggestion of a chiropractor, I called Top Tier. I feel very lucky to report that 1 visit was all it took. Ashley was able to diagnose the cause and make the necessary movements and (2 days later) I have not encounter a single twinge of vertigo since. In the past, I would have to be careful of specific movements, but these last 2 days, I purposely made moves that typically would trigger the vertigo. So far, so good! I just wish I would have done this years ago.

I was referred by my doctor. When I called this location they told me that I should go to the other location since they decide where I drive. I told them I was more comfortable with this location and she proceeded to tell me they had no openings until July. So if you have an immediate issue needing resolution this is not the place to consider.

I have had the most amazing experience here at Top Tier. Everyone at the office has been so kind and friendly and helpful. Chris and Luke have both been so caring and compassionate and have made me feel so much better physically. Luke has made me feel so comfortable and his positive attitude and demeanor at each of my appointments make my sessions enjoyable and makes more ease of the process of healing. I couldn't recommend Top Tier enough!!

I recommend Top Tier @ Suntree 100%!! The front desk staff are very kind and caring. My PT, Ashley O., is the best! I had Rotator Cuff repair and saw her for 4 months. She listened when I was having a hard time mentally and pushed me physically to recovery. She’d often have to stop and remind me that I was only XX days/weeks post surgery. Very hard to be patient. This surgery is the hardest thing I’ve had to endure, physically and mentally, in a long time. She was amazing, patient, caring, VERY knowledgeable of the body, she does not cut you any slack (which I loved), and always had some funny story to share. :) Not all Physical Therapy is created equal… but I can assure you I received the best care here!

Amazing place especially for athletes! My daughter had years of knee pain being a high level gymnast that nobody could figure out. We went to numerous specialists in Orlando and nothing would help. Ashley fixed her all up!!! In just a matter of weeks her knee pain was all gone. Ashley is amazing and truly puts all of her energy in making your pain go away. She has also worked on my son last minute squeezing him in with only 2 days notice so he can play in his regional soccer game. Great facility, everyone is friendly but Ashley is the BEST!

The front office staff (Elise & Jennifer) are absolutely wonderful- they quickly get to know you and treat you like family. My daughter and I both went to PT at the same time and saw Brian Pogue. I had a broken foot and my daughter was post-surgery for a torn labrum. When I first started going to Top Tier, I could not even walk. I literally was still using the knee scooter and experiencing horrible pain if I put any pressure at all the foot. I was starting to feel that I may never walk again. I saw immediate improvement once I began physical therapy with Brian. He understood the complicated nature of my injury, the PT exercises he prescribed were doable, and though I expected to dread PT, I ended up looking forward to going because I always felt better afterwards. He is literally THE reason I am walking again. My daughter and I each saw Ashley & Heather when Brian was off for a week- they were excellent as well, and having observed all the other therapists in the practice I can honestly say I'd have confidence in being seen by any of them. Everyone there displayed such care and compassion, whether you were their patient or not. The office was kept immaculately clean. I will tell everyone I know about how amazing this PT practice is. Thanks for taking such great care of us. I hope I never need PT again, but if I do, this is where I will go.

I rarely give 5 stars to anyone place but today I make an exception, because this place really helped with my recovery after my secon TKR, Brian, was my therapist and I can only say how thankful I am to him for his attention to my recovery, even on days I wanted to give up, he encouraged me to keep going. during the beginning of the PT It was an especially hard time to have such a surgery, the lockdown of the country just began. The staff there was amazing as well, the center was always clean and I felt comfortable. If you are in need of therapy for any reason this is the place "TOP TIER THANK YOU"

Curtis was professional, knowledgeable, and really took the time to listen and then to educate. The facility was clean and modern, which is something many outpatient PT sites seem to lack. What I appreciated most though, was his honesty; he did not try to sell me on a certain amount of treatments or make unnecessary suggestions, he used skilled judgement to provide me with what I needed and nothing more. This was truly appreciated.
