I have used TOP Rehab off and on. My daughter went to speech therapy, 8 years ago, with Jennifer! She always loved going in! I went and had physical therapy when I hurt my ankle and had a wonderful experience! My husband went when he had wrist surgery, he used to go to STAR, and I talked him into swapping and he was pleased with the change. He won't go to another physical therapy place other than TOP from now on. I had a knee replacement and they done awesome! Our experience from the time we walked in until the time we left was nothing but AMAZING! They keep all the equipment sanitized and they keep the place clean. The staff is very nice and communicate amazing! Keep up the amazing work! I will be back if the need arises. 😁

Horrible front desk staff. Very rude and disrespectful I’ve been taking my 2 year old son here for months for multiple reasons, he sees multiple therapist every week and the therapist he sees (Taylor and Sydney) are absolutely amazing. They work so well with my son and he has a great relationship with them. However the two receptionist they have are absolutely horrible. Not only are they rude but they will punish your child right in front of you, they also sit there and look at you and shake their hands at you when your child is crying. I’ve been forced to take my child into a room that’s used as a storage area because he is not allowed to be near the other people that are there for therapy. ( their rule not mine). The owner is also involved and is making these decisions. The reason my child was crying was because he didn’t wanna be in the storage room. He kept trying to get out and I was forced to prevent him from getting out. Which if you ask me that’s child abuse keeping a child locked in a room. This happens EVERY TIME we go to therapy and to be honest I am beyond angry. They also make up lies about your child and say they have witnesses to things that never happened and when you tell them these things never happened they just call you a liar.

My autistic/adhd son has been coming here since 2019. He has graduated from PT & speech. He currently is going for OT. The whole staff have always been awesome. He has come a long way. Absolutely love the ladies at the front desk. We've had a lot of sickness the past 2 months and I've always called to cancel the appointment or had my husband, sonetimes the day of. I have never had an issue. When my husband needed PT, I had the Dr. send him here.

This used to be my go to place for rehab… NOT ANYMORE! They have hired a physical therapist (Andrea Gunn) that likes to give unsolicited advice and she waits until no one else is around to hear it! She also has a holier than thou attitude and treats the staff like she is better than them. Then you have a massage therapist that walks around with an attitude ALL THE TIME and seems to not care about his job anymore. The only thing that is really going for this place anymore is the wonderful receptionists and office staff and the wonderful PAs that work their butts off and have to put up with the PT that acts like she better than everybody else

Will not be bringing my little boy here after talking to the manager. Had an appointment today and my wife and son were up late not feeling well. She was informed that since she no called no showed to the appointment that my son would go to the bottom of the wait list which can take several weeks if not months for another available evaluation. So I talked to the lady who answered the phone before being transferred to the manager. I asked her why he had been put on the bottom of the wait list. The manager said if we had called and cancelled then he would have been put on the wait list, but not necessarily at the bottom, but at an arbitrary spot in the middle.. I tried many times to ask the lady "what determines the place on the wait he would be on" if we had called. Never got a straight answer, was constantly interrupting me, and said a whole bunch of I don't knows and was overall very rude and unprofessional. If the lady I talked to was in fact the manager I will not put my trust in a business like this. Why would I take him for speech therapy to a place that doesn't know how to talk to people.

I just finished 6 months of therapy at TOP Rehab with Andrea Gunn as the lead PT. She has done an amazing job providing the program of excercises I needed for my neck and shoulders. She communicated well with me and with other PTs and PTAs that contributed their skills. They have all seemed like friends supporting my progress and I will miss seeing them. This is a great group of very caring therapists that offers real help for all ages, from young children who struggle with challenges to super Seniors needing extra help to retain their independence. Their team approach provides the skills and intuitions of multiple professionals to get the best outcome. Extra kudos for having a therapy pool!! I highly recommend TOP Rehab!

Great people and very friendly. They make sure you are as comfortable as possible, always checking to see if you are in any pain. They work together to create a plan to help you recover as quickly as possible but they don't rush you through things or make you feel rushed and they take time to explain things in detail so you can fully understand why you may be having pain in a particular area, why you are doing a certain exercise and always get you back to start your PT/OT quickly. Everyone is very easy to talk to and seems to be very knowledgeable in their field. The facility is very spacious and you are typically spread out enough to do your PT and not feel embarrassed or like you are sharing an area with a stranger that's there for PT and having to talk about things where others can hear aside from just the physical therapist. I know some aren't comfortable in those types of situations and this place is big enough to not have to worry about that and they have several private rooms as well. I'm still attending this place currently and have had a great experience thus far. The only thing I can think of that could be better in my opinion is maybe some new flooring, definitely some updated equipment, paint all the interior areas of the facility, new chairs, reupholster the tables/beds, new lighting and decor/furniture.. wall color, flooring, furniture, etc.. Is definitely outdated!

Top Rehab is very through in assessing the needs of the individual. From the office staff to the physical therapists they are very friendly and knowledgeable. and seem to really care about your well being.
