So happy I found this place. I have seen 2 different practitioners and they are both wonderful. The owner and staff are very kind. A lovely healing sanctuary with quality practitioners of diverse disciplines. A Novato gem.

I have a long time chronic lower back problem, but I always feel relaxed & balanced after having an acupuncture session with Heide, which can certainly trigger the self-balance system in my body. As a Chinese, I need to admit Heide is an exceptional healer, great listener, and incredibly knowledgeable herbalist of Chinese medicine. Her office is clean, friendly, and inviting. The fire room is warm and relaxing and I never feel rushed with Heide. She takes the time to get to know my symptoms after the previous visit and makes a treatment plan from there. Even my work stress can be relieved with her magical needles. Even though I've moved to San Francisco, I'd come back to visit her once a month. I would highly recommend Heide for anyone with a physical or emotional complaint. She will help you out!

This is the most relaxing place and the people are very professional. I had a great deal of pain in my hip and Heidi really helped me and my husband.
