My sons pediatrician sent a referral for my son to be evaluated and treated in June. After no phone call to be scheduled I called and they said they never received the fax. It was sent over again and still no phone call. So I took it up there and not to my surprise there was no one in the front office. Someone took my information and I did receive a call the next day. We scheduled an evaluation and when we arrived no one was there to see us. However a very nice woman named Kabeth was there and we did an “informal evaluation”. We exchanged information again and she told me someone would reach out to me. Surprise, surprise, no phone call. 9 times out of 10 they don’t answer the phone. And although Kabeth was very sweet and apologetic (and even gave me her personal number) I will not be taking my son there even if by some miracle someone does reach out to me. Take your child elsewhere.

We have had a very positive experience with OT services in the Moore location. The admin folks are hard to get a hold of, though.

I was totally dissapointed with the work of Mrs. Kelby Henkel. She was rude and impationt to my child. I would not recommend this place for anyone.

I love this place and super helpful. Nicole also goes to my son's ABA to do his speech therapy because transition are so hard so he can make it a better experience and they take getting an AAC device relatively fast.

Shame people spread their hate on the internet, looking at you Stephanie Parks. Shaming dads for raising their children in a way that isn't "the way she would" as she put it so bluntly and hatefully.
