Came for my first appointment and arrived 30min prior to appointment. I’m waiting in the lobby and overhear that a medical provider left for the day. I walk up to the front staff and they inform me that it was my medical provider left for the day. Absolutely ridiculous that a medical provider just leaves when they have scheduled patients for the day. Do not recommend coming here based off the first impression.

I was referred by an urgent care, for a broken finger that may need surgery. They first scheduled me to see doctor that doesn’t handle hand fractures. Then they cancelled that appointment and said they could reschedule but it wouldn’t be for some time. That’s when the lady asked if I had a referral from a primary care physician. I said no, just urgent care. She said we don’t accept those, we see them more as suggestions rather than referrals. You’ll have to go see a pcp before we can see you. Then she says, oh, it looks like your referral form says you should see a surgeon no later than 5-7 days after your initial appointment. (which was on the 9th.) She added, that’s ok, because it would be another month before we could see you anyway. So I replied, what you are telling me… Is that even though Urgent Care doctors are licensed healthcare professionals; you think so lowly of them that their valid medical referral is essentially irrelevant and means nothing? She says, well I didn’t say that. I said yeah, you kind of did. At the very least you implied it. Contacting urgent care to see if they can refer me elsewhere.

Nice facility...a bit busy however. Saw Dr. Blazuk for shoulder and knee injury... great experience!!! He was on time for both appointments and very friendly and informative. Dr. Blazuk would be great for someone who "fears" going to the Dr....haha Front desk team was very professional and seemed to keep busy waiting room humming along. Not the biggest parking lot however

There are some great professionals there - I was thrilled that my spinal issue got a top expert opinion and I started PT after. However, for some unknown(*will get to that in a sec) reason when I'm in pain and request a refill of muscle relaxant which helps a lot for back pain keeping me awake at night. It is NOT a scheduled drug either. I have to be seen (appt) and then it clicked - of course, insurance money! And worst - how is a person in severe back pain haul over to get a check up(?) and get Rx. They don't care about your pain - and I am suffering from their greediness and TOTAL lack of care about my pain. 2 stars because in the beginning it was great. But now I'm just left adrift (unless they get $ to have come in again.) Shame bc v nice place and personnel. But to be refused a medicine that IS NOT under the Controlled Substance Act (Drs get red flags for many opioids etc) UNLESS I come in? It's so obvious they want the money. They've seen (imaging) everything that's messed up in my back, too. If my Rx is sent, they don't get to swim in my insurance money.

I was referred to Dr. Collins by an urgent care doctor that was concerned I tore a ligament in my knee. The urgent care doctor explained the tear may not always show on an X-ray, and I may need an MRI. Dr. Collins spent approximately five minutes with me, and determined I had a bone bruise (since he did not see anything on the xray). He told me it should heal in about a month. No further information was provided on care, or what to about the pain I was experiencing. When I asked what I should do about the pain he (reluctantly, it seemed) offered to prescribe a muscle relaxant, which I refused. I understand I am not an expert, so I will follow the (only) advice provided, which is that I should be healed in about a month. However, I will not be utilizing his services again. I prefer a doctor that will take a little more time with patients, and actively helps properly educate (instead of me searching the internet and trying to find factual information).

The front office and tech who didn’t my x-rays was amazing and very helpful!!! When I saw Joseph Blazuk the doctor seeing me however I felt like he didn’t care to treat me he only wanted to get me out of the office because he felt like I wasn’t in enough pain to see him. He did not care for me as a patient and only cared about his time. Would recommend seeing a different doctor if possible especially if you are a woman. I never leave reviews on people and it doesn’t feel good to write a bad review but people in the health care field should at least care about their patients instead of wasting their time. I will have to reschedule at a different location and find the proper care hope who’s reading this gets proper care.

Laura Vogel, M.D. is an absolutely horrible health care provider. She has the “GOD COMPLEX.” Zero compassion and empathy. She displays an extreme arrogance, and lacks kindness. Dr. Vogel, rushes through an exam and reads off results as if she is attempting to prove her knowledge to her peers. She made me feel very uncomfortable to the point of causing me to shut down during the appointment, and suffer a severe anxiety attack. I will not follow up with this doctor, nor will I ever seek medical care from this specialty clinic. Shame on, Dr. Vogel, she is quite a disgrace to those that seek careers in orthopedic care, and actually care about their patients. She made me feel like she was lecturing me with my imaging results, or speed reading from a boring book. She seems disingenuous from her behavior, and made me feel like she was verbally punishing me for my condition. She was clearly unconcerned with my well being, along with my own concerns of my pain levels, and inability to be active. What a money grab! The suggested treatments are vague, and yet she insists a follow up. Follow up to be intimidated again? Dr. Vogel made me feel like I wasted my time attempting to get care for my condition. Stay away from this doctor. I do not trust people that are condescending. This doctor is very rude and untrustworthy based on my experience. It was even quite clear that her assistant felt mercy for me as she exited the room walking behind Dr. Vogel. She seemed to give a silent apologetic stare. I left with the same feeling I arrived with— a feeling of zero treatment and no sight of physical relief. If you are seeking satisfactory care, advice and treatment —stay away! *There are many negative reviews on this facility and Banner as a whole. I see why Mayo Clinic ranks #1.

Dr. Roberts and his radiologists were great. My appointment was unhurried and he and his team patiently answered all my questions. I would go back and recommend to others.
