Titan Physical Therapy and Wellness

Monday, 06/10/2024 I have to say that Titan PT has so far been nothing but good to me. The first day I met the owner who conducted my initial assessment. He definitely seems to know that he was doing. Oscar and Bethel were the primary people to help me on the phone and email with the paperwork and getting prepared for the sessions. From what I can tell so far, this group is trustworthy and they accepted my own authorization forms in place of their own. They also accommodate me when I am running late, invisible illness and bumper to bumper traffic will do this. To note: an entity is obligated to accept your forms when the consumer/patient supplies them with his/own forms — *in place of their own. The forms can include anywhere from cancellation policies to HIPAA MANDATES. The consumer/patient is not obliged to sign theirs in addition. So look out for this wherever you go. Entities are not allowed to force you, manipulate you, coerce you into signing theirs in addition. Joelle was the PT that got assigned to me and he spends 45 minutes minimum massaging me after they use a heat pad on me for ten minutes. I usually do exercises before the massage and after massage, they ice me for ten minutes. This kind man massages me so well that every time after, I want to go to sleep! My only feedback would be for everyone to announce their name when they leave voice messages and answer the phone for incoming calls. There is always room for improvement for every group so hopefully pay attention to some of the negative reviews too as there is validity in them and lots of doctors out their pay to remove negative reviews, Healthgrades notoriously being known as one of them to do this. Vitals, share are, etc. Once you find the place, it’s easy to find after that. While they are located in the fourth floor, the free parking structure is on the second floor. I would overall highly recommend Titan PT for all the reasons stated above and more. Thank you, Titan! Keep up the fantastic work! Regarding other providers, beware of hardly any negative reviews as the sites are often paid, etc. to remove them. Don’t believe everything you hear on the internet. Oftentimes if not always, negative reviews have at least some truth in it. Be suspicious of only positive reviews, esp. if they got posted right after a negative one, got removed, etc…when doctors/providers pay Healthgrades, etc. for a premium subscription, they allow for doctors to hide 3 or more reviews that they dislike. Talk about corruption, hypocrisy, and deceitfulness in the medical field. People tend to go where the money and power are. Don’t fall for their any of their tactics. Be wise.

I have been working with Paul since October 2022 for chronic back pain that was impacting my ability to enjoy my life. He takes his time working on my back and listens to my specific needs. I can come into the office with serious pain and leave with minimal or no pain. Often the evening after a session and the next few days are the only times I have relief from pain and I am so grateful for that relief. The stretches that he prescribed me have also helped especially when I'm traveling or can't come in for a session. Paul has made much needed and appropriate interventions and recommendations over the past few months such as recommending that i see a chronic pain doctor and get imaging done on my back and recommending low impact exercises. This hasn't been an easy journey for me and dealing with chronic pain can be debilitating physically and emotionally. But Paul has always been supportive and understanding of my pain and willing to work closely with me to help me heal and manage my pain. He truly cares about his patients and that is evident in the way he works and interacts with them. Everyone at Titan is kind, caring, and attentive. It has become a safe space for me that i look forward to visiting every week.

I have had tons of physical therapy throughout my lifetime, in many different states and cities. It has always helped whatever the problem was, and I know from experience that PT is good stuff, if it's needed. AND TITAN PHYSICAL THERAPY IS THE BEST PHYSICAL THERAPY CLINIC I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED, HANDS-DOWN (PUN INTENDED). And in every single way. There is even just a wonderful energy, the second you walk through the door. I can't recommend Paul and his team highly enough. I have never experienced this kind of super-excellence at any other PT place. I have to say it that way, since most of my other experiences with PT have been excellent. I truly recommend you don't even consider going anywhere else, without going to Titan first. You will be treated like gold. Even if I moved and lived an hour away, I still wouldn't go anywhere else. (Btw, I originally found them around 4 or 5 years ago, because I had crippling sciatica; I could barely walk, and the pain was constant. Paul cured me completely in 3 one-hour sessions!) Plus everyone who works at Titan is the best of the best. Paul has a special knack for hiring, too - never a clinker, every single one a winner.

I came off a spine surgery 5 years ago but still have occasional bad days/weeks. Went to a spine specialist (matrix PT) in Santa Monica. Those guys gave me 15 mins with a real PT and then sent me 45 mins with some assistant to do exercises. Tried to get me to come 3x a week. Got charged >100 bucks and then more after insurance got involved when matrix charged me for random extra services. I was furious. Anyways I found Titan. I told Paul my concerns about treatment and payment up front. He said sure, no issues. We had 2 sessions. He told me I was in good shape, and that I don't need to return. The fact that he didn't upsell, did the treatment himself, and made me feel less pain - really did right by me. Strongly recommend this place.

During my initial visit to Titan Physical Therapy, I encountered some challenges. I called ahead while en route, notifying them of a 10-minute delay due to a major accident on the 405. Unfortunately, the PT, Astar, suggested a reschedule, which was disappointing after already driving 20 minutes. Additionally, there was an error in spelling my name in their system. I noticed that interactions with the front desk staff felt a bit cold, and they seemed somewhat down. Hoping for improved communication and a warmer atmosphere in the future.

Everyone is friendly and polite. There's no long wait and they will find out everything that's hurting you. I would recommend Dr. Hertz to anyone that has joint pain.

Found this place on my insurance provider registry and I am so glad that I did. This is by far the most thorough PT place I've been to. Other places feel like an assembly line in comparison. Parking is free as well. Highly recommend Titan!

Titan Physical Therapy and Wellness ended up being exactly what I needed. I was a little nervous about attending therapy but the staff made me feel very comfortable and eased my apprehension. I never thought I would enjoy going to therapy but each session flew by and before I knew it I was done. My recovery was great! I hope to not get injured again but if I do, I know where I am going! Big thank you to Paul and his knowledgeable team!
