I've had knee replacement surgery on both of my knees. I chose Tipton both times for my Physical Therapy. The staff at Tipton are very knowledgeable & they carefully guided me thru a series of rehab exercises & inquired about my pain & any difficulties I was having each time. They massaged & lightly manipulated my knee in a one on one session each appointment along with the exercises. I would recommend them for all Physical Therapy needs. Thank you Tipton 🌞

OUTSTANDING staff and facility! I have been to Tipton for multiple injuries/conditions, and I have never been disappointed. Every staff member is friendly and helpful. I was always greeted with a smile, and rarely had to wait more than 5 minutes in reception. 99% of the time I was seen exactly at my appointment time. Olivia and Jericho have been my Physical Therapists over the years, and they are top notch! Most recently, Jericho was treating my unusual knee injury which took a long time to heal. He tailored treatment to meet my specific goals and needs, making sure that when I was discharged, I was prepared not only for my daily life, but also the sport I love most. One of the things I love about Olivia and Jericho is that they explained to me what they were doing and how it helped heal my injury. I like hearing the mechanics of things, what exactly is going on in my body. They enjoy educating their patients, something that shows their love for their work. The Physical Therapy Assistants and Techs are also amazing. I worked with Kevin, Miguel, and Justin in the pool for the Aqua portion of my treatment. All three were friendly, respectful, fun, attentive, and very good at what they do. Kevin invented a few exercises, to get my knee back in shape for scuba diving, which mimicked the movements I make on a boat and in the ocean - very creative! Techs Annaka and Kailey made working hard a lot of fun. These gals were super supportive, helpful, fun, and a joy to be around. I think what impresses me most about Tipton Physical Therapy is the atmosphere of kindness and caring. The tone is always set from the top, and it's clear that Jay Tipton is a kind man who treats his employees well. Not once did I hear any employee say anything negative about a fellow worker or management. They get along like family members and treated me as if I were part of the family <3.

These are the best people! They have water therapy, which is especially wonderful for chronic pain sufferers like myself. The therapists are really knowledgeable and adept at treatment. They are also like family and treat everyone incredibly well. Everyone is very friendly and they do everything to accommodate your needs and schedule. I wholeheartedly recommend Tipton. Jay Tipton is one of the nicest people I know and as a therapist, is not only very educated and excellent, but he has continued to expand his knowledge and further his education. It is truly a family atmosphere and everyone makes it such a welcome environment. I have been coming for therapy for years now, for continued maintenance treatment with severe chronic pain and would not want to go to any chain or big business therapy establishment. Tipton gives the kind of service that patients really need. They are kind and respectful, really listening to patients concerns. They deserve all the success they have accomplished with their superior service. I highly recommend them as the therapy of choice!

At Tipton they take care of you like a family :) Therapist Olivia is the best..she is very nice and caring person..she helped me to take care my heel pain..I had lot of heel pain !! when I went to see her..after seeing her few times..my heel pain went away..You rock Olivia..and thank you.. Also Onica, Brian, Lin at the front desk and everyone is very nice.. keep it up..well done...

Tipton has really helped me with my physical therapy journey. I've had physical therapy elsewhere, and Tipton definitely stands out. The people are really friendly, and celebrate my small successes. I, personally, am in hydrotherapy. I always feel really safe, which I find comforting. They have a transfer chair for those who need the help. Only have 2 people are in the pool at the time, leaving plenty of space for a full workout. It's really a great place for healing.
