Pleasant office staff and had answers for all my questions. Waited less than 5 minutes to see the doctor. Dr. Olson was thorough and didn't rush to end the visit. When the office visit was over I felt I knew every thing I needed to know. I was also pleasantly pleased to get a doctor instead of a physicians assistant. I thought the insurance companies put an end to that the last time they raised my premiums.

Dr Olsen has a very pleasant and comforting demeanor. He is professional and sympathetic understanding the many variables each patient presents. The hospital staff is equally as accommodating. You never feel as though you are rushed out and they make you their priority. A very good experience from office to physician and hospital.

Dr. Timothy Olson and his staff (Peggy and Nicole) are always attentive, patient, and professional. They all take the time to listen and answer my questions/concerns. The one issue I have with HHC is the lack of staffing at the Mystic facility. I'm having to wait 4 - 6 weeks before I can get in to see my doctor. When patients are in pain, they need to be able to see their doctor sooner - rather than later. Simply put: patients' needs are not being met.
