Absolute piece of hot garbage. I've had my appointment, scheduled for later today, for weeks for physical therapy following hand surgery. Oddly, starting 2 days ago, I started getting bombarded with multiple emails and phone calls alerting me that there was an earlier appointment time, and should I want it, I should call them. An earlier appointment time did not fit with my work schedule, so I did not call. They continued to call and email. I did not take the bait, and so now, 4 hours before my appointment time, they now called to let me know the therapist isn't feeling well and has to cancel her last two appointments. Lies. Just lies. This piece of garbage wants to leave early for a long weekend, and it's worth it to her to cancel appointments. They can reschedule me in another 2-½ weeks, mere days before my check back with my hand surgeon to see how PT is going. What a joke. I will never set foot in this clown's office. May it rain for her entire long weekend away.
