Tier 1 Physical Therapy

I have made incredible progress within the last two months (Sept 3) since my shoulder surgery with Wes Benson!! Bobby Jones and all his staff are truly wonderful, caring, insightful, and dedicated therapist! Their facility is top notch! I would recommend them to my friends and family! Thank you so much for all you have done for me! You all are the best!!! his is my second go around with Tier 1 for two separate injuries in the past five years and they are truly the best!!

I was given appt Two weeks after referral. Then next appt two weeks later. How can I get well at this place. Front desk lady is messing with appts . Bobby and tech were nice but impossible place and front desk manipulates appts as she sees fit. Sad don't go here. Russian roulette.

So sad that therapist are sooo nice but front desk ladies are soooo rude. They seem like they really hate their job. Not friendly at all!!! I tried to change appts and their first answer is no we don’t anything then let me check. Extremely rude. It’s sad because they are the first people you see and they seem very angry. If you say hi you might get a hi, if not it’s obvious they are bothered. Hope the manager reads this and has a talk to them. I changed therapy due to their horrible ethics. They should work somewhere where they don’t deal with public. Years ago I visited them and it was the same thing.

Had shoulder and hip problems. Could barely walk. Bobby and his wonderful staff have got me walking and feeling great again. And it doesn't stop just with the physical therapy they provide. They also have a program where you can come into the facility and use all the equipment that they have trained you on. No prescription necessary! Don't grow old...grow strong with Tier One on Mesa! That's my motto!

My experience at Tier was one of a kind. Usually you don't look fwd to therapy after a surgery, but the staff is so welcoming n friendly that I looked fwd to going to therapy! My last day was November 6th, n I already miss everyone. Wes Benson was my physical therapist, and he's not only professional but caring to your needs. If I ever need therapy, I'm definitely going back!

Wes and Bobby are awesome! I have had issues with an ongoing bad back. I have had a back surgery to repair a disc which was complicated by sciatica. The sciatica led to a complete paralysis of my left foot. With the help of Wess and Bobby I have made a full recovery. I am now walking again with no cane or walker. I could not have made this accomplishment alone . These guys know their stuff and they push you to the limits that are necessary to achieve the desired goal. I've been thoroughly pleased with my experience at this facility. Everyone is extremely friendly and the place is awesomely clean! A plus plus it is a great environment to heal!

The entire staff, from the front desk to each of the therapists in the back, were incredible in every respect. Not only were they professional and knowledgeable, but they couldn’t have been more friendly and welcoming. My post-op knee is doing great, and I attribute the progress I’ve made to the quality care I received at this facility. I’d highly recommend them to anyone needing therapeutic care.
