Sadly, I was so disappointed by the open play. The layout of the space is a little wonky. It feels closed off and there were several elements that were marked as not to be played with (only used for therapy, which is fine), but they remained in plain sight. Overall, it was a little disorganized. Books were all over the lobby and had gunk on them. The space was too packed and it was overwhelming for my 19 month old. For $12, I guess I expected a bit more attention to detail. Some aspects seemed unsafe... For example, bubble residue was on the balance beams... Parents need to be watching at all times, of course, but this is an accident waiting to happen with or without supervision. The large mix of ages was worrisome as well. 6 and 7 year old jumping aggressively in close proximity to my toddler... not ideal. Perhaps this is a wonderful place for therapy and private parties, but I will not be coming back for open play.
