I have to give this young lady 5 Stars! Our bodies are truly a work of art! When something starts to go haywire , we get hints, signals. As women, we have a tendency to pass such things off, for awhile anyway. If those issues become bothersome enough, we seek out help. It can be difficult or embarrassing to speak about some of ways our body starts to betray us. You need not be embarrassed any longer! Laura is so easy to talk with and she is totally on top of her game! Even if you might have a problem mentioning something, don’t fret! She jumps right in and will ask you if you are experiencing any problems with any urinary, bowel, sexual intercourse, acid reflux! She taps into it all. As our bodies are like a finely tuned engine! If one piece isn’t working right, it can throw off other things! She helps you understand the way each area is affected, especially if something is off. Don’t worry about fancy language and not understanding what she is saying! She gives us the tools to help. I can’t say enough about her and my visit! I will go back to her in a heartbeat if I need to! Thank you Laura!

I have scoliosis including three curves and two rods. Since I'm literally bolted in place I was skeptical when my midwife referred me as a postpartum patient to pelvic floor therapy with Laura. After putting in the work and dedication, I'm finally able to live pain-free for the first time in my entire life. Thank you Laura <3

Laura is such a skilled, professional, and kind practitioner. She helped me develop the tools to mitigate my endometriosis symptoms, and integrate simple yet effective exercises into my daily routine. I couldn't recommend Laura more highly!

Laura helped me recover and heal after the birth of my child. She was very kind & professional and took time to answer all of my questions and made sure I understood how to do physical and breathing exercises to support my recovery.
