Can't say enough good things about my son's pediatric therapy team! My son received PT services from Ms. Shannon and Ms. Natalie and is currently receiving services from Ms. Christy (Sensory Integration), Ms. Sydney (OT), and Ms. Rachel (ST). They are all highly knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate. My son has caught up to his developmental age and he is no longer delayed in his gross motor, speech, and fine motor skills. He's also making great strides in being able to tolerate new sensory stimuli, which has been his biggest obstacle. I highly recommend this organization!

From the very first session, all therapists displayed exceptional professionalism and genuine care for our daughter who is non verbal and has fragile X syndrome and autism The occupational therapy helped her develop essential life skills in a supportive and engaging environment. Mrs. Abby tailored activities to her interests, making the process enjoyable and effective. We are so grateful for the exceptional care our daughter received from her, it was clear that she was not just another client; Abby made us feel like family. She took the time to understand our daughter’s unique needs and interests, crafting personalized activities that were both engaging and effective. It was heartwarming to see how much effort went into building a trusting relationship, which made our daughter feel comfortable and confident. The progress our daughter made under her guidance was remarkable. Not only did she develop essential skills, but she also gained a sense of independence and self-esteem. Abby celebrated every milestone with us, making the journey feel truly collaborative. We cannot thank her enough for her warmth, dedication, and the lasting impact she has had on our daughter's life. In speech therapy, Miss Kelly used creative strategies that significantly improved my daughter's communication skills. It was amazing to witness her confidence grow as she made progress. With a tailored approach that catered to our daughter’s unique needs, Miss Kelly used engaging activities that made learning fun and engaging What impressed us the most was her unwavering patience with our baby girl. Every small achievement was acknowledged , which helped boost our daughter’s confidence and motivation. It was heartwarming to see how dedicated she was to her progress, always encouraging her. Our daughter who again is non verbal now signs 2 words with confidence and makes so much more sounds and attempts more to communicate. The other Occupational therapist Miss Erika was equally impressive. she always greeted us with such a smile and big open arms. We are so thankful for the incredible care our daughter received from her as well. She was not only exceptionally skilled but also incredibly kind and loving. She took the time to truly understand our daughter, creating a warm and nurturing environment that made her feel safe and supported. Every session was filled with encouragement. Overall, the team worked collaboratively, ensuring a holistic approach to my daughter's development. I highly recommend their services to any parent seeking dedicated and compassionate therapy for their child. We couldn't have asked for a better advocates for our daughter. All their intelligence, compassion, and dedication have made a significant impact on our daughter’s development Thank you for making such a positive impact on our lives.

Thrive paramedics is a great place for child therapy and early development classes. Perhaps the best in Redlands. Shannon is on top of every aspect. I feel safe there. Highly recommended!

I absolutely love Thrive Pediatrics! I’ve been taking my son to OT & ST for just a couple of months and I’m already seeing a difference in his behaviors and an increase in his vocabulary. We have worked directly with Erica, Kelly and Hazel and they have all been amazing!

THIS OFFICE IS A JOKE!!!!! My daughter was on the waitlist for a YEAR, and after calling for the 4th time asking where she is on the list, I was informed she was NOT on the waitlist and “never” was. I would call every so often to ask where she is on the list, and I would be told “I see her name here, she’s close to being off but still have to wait, someone will call you soon”. My daughter is autistic and non-verbal. She has been waiting for speech for an entire year and it has all been a WASTE OF TIME. When I talked to thrive, the woman Holly laughed in my face when I told her how I felt and it was extremely unprofessional and RUDE. I would never recommend this office to anyone. Now my daughter is having to get on another waitlist, at ANOTHER facility, which could be another 1-2 years, all because of this office’s mistake. This is an Autism moms worst nightmare and I pray this doesn’t happen to anyone else. Worst office I have ever delt with. ZERO STARS IF I COULD!
