Thomas Reed Physical Therapy

Doctor is very unprofessional and rude. He caused me a trip to the ER. How? Well, during my visit, he sprayed the seat with a cleaner and had me lay down to do pressure work. He proceeded to push me into the chair, and I had no idea what was to happen next. A day later, I broke out in hives and itching, in terrible pain all over my face and neck. At the ER, the doctor and nurse both confirmed this was an allergic reaction from the cleaner that the doctor used. Shouldn’t he take this into account if he’s a professional? Also, it’s true - the place is dirty and they never clean it. They never answer the phone, and it was impossible to reach them. Had to actually walk in to the place after numerous calls went unanswered. All the one-star reviews speak for themselves. Stay away from this place.

I started having sciatica Aug 2020 and been with 2 rehab centers and wasn’t relieved, was contemplating on the option for surgery but then since I am only 47yo (last yr) my spine Dr said I should try another rehab, fortunately the Dr was able to straighten my left knee (I was so afraid, 2yrs i was used being bent a bit), and Kenny and Mickey (not sure with the spelling) are the therapists who have handled me during my sessions and they are really good. I stopped for a few months because I had hysterectomy and now am back again and happy to still see them there.. yey! Am sure am in good hands. 😊 hope this review helps everyone.. i assure you.. my degenerative disc disease has been my problem since 2004.. these therapists are good in what they do to help you strengthen the muscles, i know it is not the solution to my problem but just to keep me away from the knife for now. 😜

Absolutely horrible experience, they lost my child’s medical charts. They don’t answer the phone, they don’t return calls, they don’t submit continued prescription authorizations. Extremely unprofessional and a complete disregard for the medical oath. Unacceptable patient neglect, my child’s rehabilitation has been affected by this doctors lack of care and consideration.

This office is bad at requesting authorizations and also the Doctor takes forever reviewing a chart and signing it. I called 1st wk and they put me on a long hold and said the insurance has not yet approved authorization. I called the 2nd wk same thing long hold checking for authorization, but the 3rd wk they said my mom's chart was still in the Dr's desk waiting to signed off to request authorization. Horrible

AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAQUE! BEWARE! RUN! CAUTION! What a horrible experience I had with Thomas Reed and his staff. The secretary (Lisa) is a very rude individual who I never see smiling. Lisa has an appearance as if she does not like working there and I see her treat customers poorly. The therapy staff did not do a good job in assisting me. The facility stinks with a stench and every machine, table, ball, etc. is filthy. I put in a request to have my medical records released to me (which has to be given to me within 15 days by state law), but Lisa has refused to give them to me. What a terrible place to go to and I would highly recommend everyone stay away. Years later, after this horrible incident, my doctor referred me back to this nasty location (for whatever reason). When I called to make an appointment, Lisa said she would not see me because of my online complaint and my complaint I filed with the BBB. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAQUE! BEWARE! RUN! CAUTION!

There's been new staff in Thomas Reed's physical therapy facility. The staff are very friendly and very informative. I had some serious hip injuries and I'm blessed to say the Dr. Thomas Reed has helped me gained my mobility, flexibility and confidence back. I see better results than where I used to get my treatment somewhere else.

These folks are either new at what they do, or very short staff. Getting an a call back to getting an appointment is a mess. They have billing in another office and insurance verification takes them forever like if they were working in the stone age. Between them stating that they aren't sure, their system is down its a hot mess. I don't recommend it at all.

They were not there for the patients. When I went, all the staff were on one side, and they told me to do this and walked away. They were laughing and talking and not helping their patients. Also it's not a very clean place. Will not go there again.
