My grandson has been going here for about 9 months. The therapists Brittany and Caroline have been blessings for him. Everyone I have come into contact with have been so helpful and friendly. I highly recommend Therapy Town to help your child with any needs they may have.

Emily is the best - we had a wonderful time with her for my child. She listened and was so helpful to us. The staff are super responsive and always a bright and happy presence when you walk in. The parking is tough and they work to mitigate that, but it was worth navigating for the staff and Emily!

This place is TERRIBLE. I’d like to speak with a manager or a higher up due to your “policy” I have called in since 7AM on BOTH days my daughter needed to be rescheduled. It is not my fault phones were not answered yet I’m being told due to “no show” that I am not able to get my daughter on schedule at all. When the phones are NOT answered. Ever. That’s even been a complaint I made with MY primary care physician. I’m also not understanding how your policy will cancel out my child due to her being sick both times. So you would ask me to bring my child in with the flu just to guarantee her evaluation? In no way shape or form is that policy even logical and I’m VERY upset. But more so angry at the fact the blame was put on me and if your policy IS that then it needs to be stated when the first appointment is even MADE so that the parents are fully aware. If they get paid based on the clients they see then they need to set in place doctors who are on state care that can help other parents on other insurance carriers. The treatment I got was disgusting.

My son has been going for almost a year. We LOVE his speech therapist Abbey. She has been so great with him. They work with our schedule really well, she is phenomenal. BUT the biggest negatives is the parking lot, it’s ALWAYS full. There’s no where to park, there’s multiple times that a parent just parks in the middle of the way, so people cannot get in or out. It’s very frustrating and nobody seems to care. The waiting room is always full, and most parents are either not inside with them it seems like. Or they just don’t pay attention to their children. So children run around and act awful. It’s so hard to sit in their while waiting for your kids to finish. I think if we needed speech much longer than a year we would find a different place for it because of these reasons.

Don't come here. Not enough staff. A lot of turn over. Can't keep staff. They can barely keep up with care for the children. Why, schedule a 30 minute appointment if your going to be late coming to pick up the child from the lobby. Your late on my child's time. Be more considerate on the time of the kid as well. They use 2 units each is 15 minutes. They say they take 25 mins for therapy and 5 mins to speak to the parent. I've been coming here for a while,not once does it take them 5 mins to speak to the parent. It takes them less than 30 seconds to speak to the parent about what they did in therapy. If the parent is late or cancels an appointment we get the policy speech. But when a therapist is late, what are the consequences for them? Does my child get extra time? Needs to get better. I understand you have a lot of clients but would be nice if the therapist were on time and be more considerate of other's time.

How can you take you child to a place where the receptionist seems to need therapy herself? They text me a couple of hours before the appointment time for a reminder of the appointment and my child was out of town for college classes. I needed to reschedule. No biggie right? Well she took it personal had an attitude and said it would be a no show since I called the day of. I called when they texted me (two hours before set time the same day) Mind you my appointment had been set for a month so yes with a busy schedule I forgot. Had they sent it the day before it wouldn’t have been a problem. So why the attitude on the phone? Yeah I will be taking my child else where because I can’t trust that my daughter will get the therapy she needs when the staff is unstable.

its been the best 2yrs, my son its bee. improving and hopefully with their help it will be soon for him to not come back, any how they're great. professional and the best.

Love the staff! They always answer any questions I have and respond to voice-mail in a timely manner. They worked with me to speed up my son's referl process.
