I’ve had the best experience here. Hannah has helped me so much with knee pain while running and also improving my running efficiency. She explains clearly what she thinks and how the different exercises can help me. I really feel like she is so invested in me reaching my goals. Will always come here for my PT needs. Everyone at the clinic is friendly and welcoming. Fantastic experience all around.

This place is amazing! All of the staff are so kind and helpful! I worked with Wendy and she got me exactly where I needed to be healing wise, and I am so grateful. Theresa always greeted me with a smile when I walked in. I highly recommend this location to anyone needing physical therapy!

The TherapySouth Vestavia team is excellent. Their therapists are very personable and professional and show they really care. They are competent and highly skilled at the services that they offer. Would recommend to anyone who is looking to heal from injury or pain. I worked with Haley Dean, OT/CHT for carpal tunnel syndrome and she is excellent at helping address chronic hand pain. I have also worked with Hannah Cox, DPT to address TMJ and posture and she is a great provider, too. Highly recommend!

Therapy South has been my favorite place to be since my rotator cuff surgery. When I arrived there I could not even touch the top of my head, style my hair, or other daily things we take for granted. My surgery humbled me; these therapists motivated me, encouraged me, and made me feel that I could accomplish anything! My doctors goals seemed unattainable, but with the help of Hannah, Laura, Patrick, both Allans, Jo and Nate, I achieved my goals in five months! With encouragement when I was discouraged, praise when I did well, and personal attention to me, I began to feel a close bond with these gifted people. I began to feel like they were “family,” so when I left today it was bittersweet. I’m proud I met my goals, but sad to leave all of these sweet friends I have made! They not only helped me heal my body, but my spirit and soul. There aren’t enough words to say “Thank you” to the people who gave me my mobility back! I will definitely pop in to visit when I go to Publix!!

My experience was very positive at TherapySouth Vestavia. Hannah spent time understanding my goals and crafted a plan that got me back to biking after some hard work. She was patient and encouraged me when the rehab plateaued. I never felt rushed and I appreciate her level of care and concern.

Therapy South Vestavia was such a positive experience, everyone there so friendly & professional. Hannah Cox was excellent, patient with my questions & so knowledgeable about the medical reasons behind each exercise. Her pleasant personality made each session go by fast & not such a chore.Went there to strengthen knee & was noticeably better after the treatment. I had never had need for therapy, was first time & it was something I would highly recommend. Kudos to this great group of people @ Therapy South Vestavia!!

Highly recommend TherapySouth in Vestavia! I started there in early December 2022 following a knee injury. I had never had physical therapy of any kind, but my arthritis doctor prescribed it for my knee pain. I saw Nate (and Ryan in Nate's absence). They were both so kind, professional, and very encouraging! After 4-6 weeks of PT, my knee is better than it has been in over 7 years! I have home exercises that were well-explained and continue to keep my knee in great condition! While having PT on my knee, I noticed that they have a hand therapy specialist. I asked my arthritis doctor about trying hand therapy and potentially discontinuing my anti-inflammatory medication. He prescribed the hand therapy for me, and I am delighted to say that I graduated today and am no longer taking daily anti-inflammatory medication! Haley (OT specializing in hands) helped me regain strength and range of motion in my hands, fingers, and especially thumbs. I have learned how to exercise and to rest my hands as needed so that I am able to open bottles/jars, pick up grocery bags, open doors, etc. without the pain I once had! I am forever grateful to the staff at TherapySouth in Vestavia for teaching me how to live free from the aches and pains that I was struggling with!

All of the staff are very patient-oriented. Quite nice and easy to work with. Armine is absolutely the VERY best ! So funny and personable ! He has a terrific sense of humor ! It really makes the whole experience with physical therapy, so much more pleasant. It tends to ease the “pain” a bit ! I would highly recommend this facility. It’s very clean and organized. BRAVO, Armine !! Keep up the excellent level of care and leadership.
