I had a rear end collision and had immediate pain in my back and neck and had a severe concussion. Every person in TherapySouth Pell City from the front counter to the PTs treated me with respect and helped my issues get better with each visit. In a world where patients are usually just a number, this was a nice change to be cared for in such a wonderful and medical manner. They are THE BEST!

Therapy South is amazing!! There staff if great to fix what you went in for, and getting it done as soon as they can so you can get back at doing what you love!! When I first went I had Cade, he was AMAZING, I had to go again due to another issue in my foot and I got Hannah, they were both AMAZING, and would recommend both of them!!!

One visit. One. I had been seen by CRNP, PA and orthopedic MD. They were all extremely kind, professional in every way except not one performed a physical exam. One visit with Ms Hannah, a new PT and the pain was gone and I could move again. I’m not 100%, but in one visit I’m 100% better. Great people and environment.

Wonderful staff, knowledgeable, friendly, professional. Very clean. Top notch equipment. Everyone is extremely concerned with your progress.

At my age, I have gone to quite a few different physical therapy locations. In my opinion I have received the best care and service at Therapy South Pell City. Not only are they professionally qualified to help you; but, I feel that they genuinely care about you as their client. Luke was my therapist. Not only was he a wonderful therapist, he also calmed my fears and explained so much to me. He allowed prayer which helped me so much. I have had no issues with vertigo since my 2nd visit.

I broke my finger the last weekend of March 2023 and needed surgery. They added a plate and two screws. After surgery I was sent by Dr Andrew’s office to therapy south. That’s where I met my therapist Katherine Stevens and she has been wonderful. The only reason I picked five stars is that ten stars wasn’t an option. One month she has me making a complete fist! The therapy is no joke , she will put you through a lot difficult task but the outcome is totally worth it. I asked for a therapist close to Moody and they told me at Andrew’s they are very picky about who they use. I see why , Katherine is outstanding ! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Therapy South in Pell City is a very efficiently operated. The staff from the receptionist to all the physical therapist are very professional. I have received the very best therapy that I could ask for. Even the ones that haven't personally worked with me, I can tell how much they care about each patient and their rehabilitation.
