Wonderful staff and therapist. They worked me in quickly. I had some nausea and light headness with my first session and they took wonderful care of me.

I was in a lot of pain from a pinched nerve . Becca made me feel comfortable and worked hard to relieve the pressure. Took some work but I feel much better. I have the exercises now to prevent it from happening in the future. I felt the team was very knowledgeable and have developed a professional but fun environment. They made everyone I saw come through there feel like family. Nobody wants to go to PT but if you have to go I’d highly recommend the Therapy South Leeds/Moody team!

This is my third time to go to Therapy South for therapy. I had two knee replacements and was up and going in 6 weeks with each one. I also am presently undergoing therapy for my shoulder and it is feeling much better in a short time. The therapists are caring and they listen to what you say about your condition. I highly recommend Therapy South. Becca has worked with me through two of the 3 times. She is really great. Thank you Becca.

The staff at Therapy South, Leeds, are phenomenal!! They pay close attention to what is going on with their clients, and treat each person as a unique individual! While I hope no one NEEDS therapy, if you are recommended for physical therapy, this is THE PLACE in the Leeds / Moody area to go!!

I had surgery for a torn rotator cuff and bicep repair. Physical Therapy was tough to begin with; however, I now have FULL range of motion with my shoulder. I cannot speak highly enough about Becca, Andy and Stephanie. They were fantastic to work with in my recovery. I am very thankful for everything they helped me to get to where I am today! I HIGHLY recommend Therapy South in Leeds, AL. I have been back 2 more times. One for knee surgery and one for neck, shoulder pain. Becca did dry needling and it got rid of all pain and tightness in neck/ shoulder area. Also, full range of motion in knee. Becca and Liz are fantastic!!!! I HIGHLY recommend them.

I have been to Therapy South in Leeds for several post-op physical therapy treatments. First was for Neck & Back pain, Right Knee Total Replacement post-op PT, Carpal Tunnel post-op PT, and now Left Knee Total Replacement post-op PT. Ever since my first visit there, Becca and her staff were all so nice, very friendly, polite, professional and they show real concern for the patients well being and improvement. Before discovering Therapy South I'd been to 2 other Physical Therapy places in the Leeds/Moody area, but after my first visit with Therapy South in Leeds, I won't go anywhere else to fulfill my Physical Therapy needs. In my opinion, they are the best in my area.

The staff at Therapy South Leeds are very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Becca takes the time to ensure I am progressing at the appropriate pace. She answers all my questions never makes me feel rushed or neglected. Dana always greets me with a smile and expert customer service. She is excellent at making sure I have everything I need. This has been a great experience and I highly recommend Therapy South Leeds to anyone requiring physical therapy.
