This is the place to go if you need PT! Ryan and his team are so knowledgeable, insightful, and personable that I looked forward to my appointments every week. They helped me not only to gain strength, but also to understand what caused my pain, so that I can work to prevent it from happening again. Highly recommend this company and this location!

Ryan and the TherapySouth 31/I-65 my branch changed my life for the better. Ryan was compassionate, attentive, and very knowledgeable about how to address my injury and put me on a path to recovery. I’m forever grateful for Ryan and the TherapySouth team for helping get me back to 100% activity again.

Highly recommend. Ryan did amazing work with my shoulder recovery from rotator cuff and labrum surgery. Very supportive throughout the process, taking time to explain exercises and stretches. Don’t plan on being injured again, but if I am, this is where I’ll be going!

TherapySouth Hoover is on Hwy 31 at the I-65 interchange (by Sneaky Pete's) and is absolutely wonderful. I recommend anyone who is considering therapy to try them first. I doubt there will be another group you will go to. From the minute I walked in the front door I was greeted with a sincere smile from Bianca. She took my paperwork and she set the tone for a friendly atmosphere. I have worked with therapists Ryan and Jessica and have now requested more sessions to continue my improvement. They are working on my limp since back surgery and their encouragement inspires me. Working with either therapist, I get productive and creative work-outs. They inspire me to do my very best. They seem almost as invested in my progress as I am. I work primarily with Jessica and I can't say enough good things about her. She is well trained and always seems happy to see me. Her empathy encourages me. She seems to sense what my body needs yet is not "pushy" about it. Setting my own pace makes me feel my feedback is important to her. Jessica's easy going manner transfers to me - and I'm not always easy going. If I feel something uncomfortable she wants to know about it. She asks me what and where the feeling is and she makes adjustments that work. I can tell she knows what's best for me and I know the exercises I'm doing are beneficial. She works me out showing "friendliness with authority". Jessica maintains that fine line most professionals, leaders, and instructors need. She demonstrates and initiates instruction in an understandable way. I am most comfortable in the "student" role, and Jessica plays the "teacher" with the right combination of skill, concern and encouragement. Jessica has mastered the gift of being firm yet good natured; being structured yet relaxed; and being knowledgeable yet not a "know it all." Ryan and staff foster an excellent environment for rehabilitation! They were not only able to equip me with the resources needed to heal my shoulder injury but also provided me with the knowledge needed to maintain my progress and prevent future injuries.

Ryan and his team Jessica and Bianca are wonderful. From the moment you walk in the door, Bianca greets you and it lifts your spirits! The lively, fun environment they create can make some of the hardest therapy days better!

From the very first phone call I knew this was the place for me! Sheree answered all my questions and got me scheduled right away! To be honest I had called and scheduled somewhere else and because of their lack of knowledge on my copayment I decided to go with Therapy South! Sheree was knowledgeable to know how to pull up my insurance and give me an estimate. Once I arrived I was seen very quickly! Corey and Jessica both saw me my first visit and went over a lot of information. Jessica has been with me the rest of my journey so far. She has been so kind, understanding and passionate with my treatment and my recovery after my Achilles surgery. I would HIGHLY recommend the entire staff at the Green Valley location (by Ellis Piano). They have all cheered me on throughout!

The therapists at Therapy South Hoover worked effectively with the patient to build your confidence and strength to regain motion lost. They are concerned about your pain, and how you evaluate your strength gains. I would return to Therapy South Hoover if I ever needed to recover from movement injuries or surgery.
