I had 12 PT visits with this team. Let me tell you, from the very beginning they were all professional, knowledgeable, and most important to me, fun and friendly. I laughed with them every time I went. They made me feel right at home. I'm the weirdo who actually enjoyed every visit! My last day was sad because I knew I wouldn't be back. If you ever need PT, I highly recommend TherapySouth in Helena!

What an amazing team! I started off with serious mobility issues in my left ankle that had caused weakness and pain in the joint, foot, and really my whole leg. After a couple of months of therapy, I am walking normal again, able to run when I want and to chase my kids. My pain level is waaay down and I am even sleeping better at night. I would highly recommend Carlie and the rest of the team at Therapy South Helena.

My doctor said I probably needed surgery on my shoulder but said I could try physical therapy first if I wanted to - So I Did! The results have been amazing and I have not had surgery and am no longer thinking about it. The staff at Therapy South were so professional and worked with me so patiently. The office staff were also very kind and helpful. If I ever need PT again this the place I will go back to. No doubt!

In November of 2022, I had a left knee TKR and chose TherapySouth-Helena to assist in my recovery. The Therapists were great. Diane, Schuyler, Erica, and Carlie each provided personalized and professional attention, care, and guidance throughout my recovery process. On November 1 of 2023, I had the right knee TKR. Although I had a few recommendations for other therapy clinics, I felt more comfortable returning to TherapySouth-Helena. I’m 2 weeks into my Right-Knee therapy/recovery at this point and feel confident that the team here at TherapySouth-Helena will help me get back to full-function in the coming months.

Hands down the best physical therapy experience ever! All the therapists were extremely knowledgeable and so kind. I had elbow surgery and doubted I would ever be back to normal without pain. After about 6 weeks of targeted therapy, I am pain free and back to normal; and even stronger in my arm than before. The office is very relaxing and peaceful and I looked forward to going and seeing everyone. Thank you Therapy South Helena for my excellent results. I cannot recommend this location enough. FIVE STARS!!

These therapists were ABSOLUTELY what I needed after my total hip replacement!!! From day one.. every therapist was knowledgable, hands on and encouraging, making sure I progressed with each visit to meet my goals.
