I had the opportunity to work with Katelyn and Ashton as my physical therapist. They were absolutely the best! Because of these 2 ladies I’m now able to go about my daily routine after I had inner ear surgery. I would recommend these two ladies to anyone and everyone. I can’t leave out my favorite receptionist Christina. She made sure I knew my appointment times and explained anything I needed to know about my insurance and billing cycle. Just an all around wonderful lady. These are the 3 I worked with the most but the entire staff are great. Definitely a 5star facility and I’ll go back in the future if needed.

I am beyond thankful for the care and treatment from Therapy South Gadsden! They saved me from having to have back surgery! Jesus music playing overhead while the team works diligently with whomever God sends their way for healing! Thank you once again for EVERYTHING!!!

I was referred to TherapySouth for hand therapy after having a very involved surgery removing bones from my wrist. In addition I had a surgery for carpal tunnel just 3 or 4 weeks prior to this surgery. I saw the therapist, Carrie, before and after the surgery. The office is well run and very professional. Carrie is an amazing therapist. I thoroughly enjoyed seeing her for my hand rehabilitation. She is extremely skilled and caring. She really listens and tries many different modalities based on feedback from the patient. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone who is having any kind of issue with the hands. I know that my Hand Surgeon, Dr Beaumont has the utmost respect and faith in her as well. I was in very good hands with Ms Carrie Coe and Therapysouth throughout my course of treatment. Thanks to Ms Coe for all her efforts and caring in helping me obtain a full recovery from two complicated surgeries in a very expedient manner.

I have had several "rounds" with this group of winners, and haven't had even one experience that was unsatisfactory. There is always an upbeat mood, great music, smiling faces and progress. While most people probably don't get all giggly about doing therapy, if you have to do it, this is the place to be! Go! You'll be glad you did. Check out their values board posted at all locations. This says it all!

As far as therapy, I was well pleased but...... Every time I was given my schedule for the next week I asked if it was covered by my insurance and was assured it was. Now a year after I was through I have received an invoice for $667.00 I called the billing dept. They were no help at all . I cannot recommend any business that operates like this.

The staff at Therapy South in Gadsden are outstanding. On a scale of 1-10 they are definitely a 10. The care and concern for me as a patient/ client begins the moment I enter the facility. From the front office to the care area I am valued. Luke Ford is a great leader for the team of caregivers at Therapy South. Normally Therapy is a painful process (and it is!) but the ladies and men at Therapy South make me look forward to the Therapy. The atmosphere is like a family gathering. I recommend Therapy South unreservedly.

I could not be more thankful to have found TherapySouth! Dr. Jazma was a God-send in helping to treat the pelvic pain I was experiencing while also giving me easy and extremely helpful exercises to help on a weekly basis while also teaching me exercises to continue well after I no longer need therapy. Her kind compassionate care along with her gift of teaching and explaining how each muscle works together to impact some of the pain I was experiencing made all the difference in my experience and care at Therapy South! I highly recommend anyone considering care there!

Therapy South is amazing!! Dr. Jazma Dobbins and the entire team worked really hard to educate me about my body and teach me how to perform each exercise. Everyone that works there is super friendly, helpful, and fun from the moment you walk in until you leave. I can't say enough good things about them.
