Love Therapy South in Fultondale! I have gone there for two sessions (back pain & pelvic floor therapy {a must for all women that have had children!!}) and I’ve had wonderful experiences both times. They got me in quickly and helped resolve and prevent both problems I’ve gone for. The PT, PTA and staff are so friendly, the facility is well supplied and kept clean. Definitely go here if you need help with pain or to help strengthen your pelvic floor. It was well worth my time!

I enjoy coming to this location because the whole team of staff is genuinely nice and helpful. It's a pleasant atmosphere. I enjoy talking with the other clients. Everyone has a smile on their face all the time. I love using the gadget that helps build my core. The therapist takes her time/ never a rush job. I feel great each time I leave. I really feel that I'm a priority!

I have had both knees replaced and Therapy South Fultondale is where I went for PT after both surgeries. The entire staff are nice and they really know their stuff. I would tell my therapist, Jessie, what was hurting or maybe just how my knee felt, after stretching he would work it out. I would feel better after he worked on it. I was very satisfied with my care!

Amazing. I was super depressed when I started PT because I had already been walking around in extreme pain for 3 months before I started, and I honestly didn’t have much hope they could help me. I was very wrong. I’m almost glad my injury happened because I’ve learned so many things from Madeline and the other staff that will help me in the future. The environment is always inviting and friendly which makes you want to go even if you don’t feel like it. 10/10

This Team is the BEST. They are very attentive, very engaged and very much my Family for Life. I have had Back Surgery and 2 knee replacements completed and Jesse, Lucy, Christine and Robert treat you like Family. I am so grateful for their help and support. Steve R.

I had been having back and hip pain for many years. It had gotten to the point that I couldn’t roll over in bed without excruciating pain. Christine was my PT and she is fantastic! She has gotten me to the point that I no longer have pain. I highly recommend the folks at Therapy South in Fultondale!

I am so thankful that my doctor recommended Haley Dean for my therapist at Therapy South in Fultondale. She is a terrific OT and my therapy results were even better than expected. Haley used a wide variety of exercises and new techniques to restore my hand function. She takes personal interest in her patients and strives to work around your schedule to meet your needs. She is “Hands Down” THE BEST for hand therapy! I would recommend her to anyone and would definitely use her again.

Absolutely great care given to me by their staff following my left knee replacement surgery. I highly recommend them to anyone following knee surgery. I also highly recommend Madeline as a Physical Therapist! Also they (Madeline) took care of me after my right knee replacement surgery in late 2023. Left knee was in early 2023. Excellent care both times and I highly recommend them and specifically Madeline as your physical therapist😁
