Therapy South is the BEST physical therapy clinic I've ever experienced (the other two were Campbell Clinic p.t. facilities, and Campbell is a world leader in orthopedics). The staff is dedicated, caring, and fun! Fun?? Yes, fun. They make physical therapy enjoyable and personally rewarding, causing the patient to want to engage in their own progress. If you need P.T., this is your place. A-Men!

I cannot say enough good things about Therapy South Fairhope. The facility and all of the people there are fantastic! The people there are all very welcoming and friendly. I went there for therapy after a serious calf, muscle injury, and my physical therapist Heather Chambers was very professional and extremely good to work with. She was always friendly and encouraging to me and helped me to recover from my injury very quickly. All of the PTs there are great as well. Kim the office manager is also so nice and great to interact with. If you are looking for a fantastic place to go for physical therapy, who will help you recover quickly and are great people then you need to go to Therapy South Fairhope!

Therapy South was recommended to me specifically for BFR therapy. I’ve been so impressed with the entire crew. Their positive and enthusiastic attitudes are contagious. In addition, Garrett Pitts is a great listener and communicator which is so helpful when dealing with a frustrating injury. He is very knowledgeable and has been so encouraging. Im grateful he and his coworkers chose PT; they’re naturals at helping others and lifting spirits. I look forward to my sessions, knowing I’m in good hands! I highly recommend them!

Heather, Andrew, Garrett, and Kim are all wonderful! They genuinely care about their patients and diligently do everything they can to help get you healed and back to normal. Everyone has great personalities and makes you feel like you’re family. I recommend them and brag about them to anyone who will listen! Thankful is an understatement for how I feel about this crew!

Watching Garrett Pitts lead my daughter through her ACL recovery has been so impressive - because of both his up-to-date PT knowledge AND how he views and cares for her as a person. Even in her most painful moments she has found much reason to laugh! We always leave encouraged and will be with TherapySouth for the long haul.

It has been a pleasure working with Mackenzie at Therapy South. She is a jewel and has certainly improved my condition with my torn rotator cuff and acl. The entire staff is exemplary and to be commended. Kim is a ray of sunshine on the phone and in person. She is a great Director of First Impressions!
