An absolutely fantastic comprehensive highly recommended practice with passionate compassionate Director Dr. Nidhi Shah! Dr. Shah diligently followed my progress for 4 months from discomfort and unfit due to my condition to building my strength and endurance once again! She accomplished this by encouraging and motivating me to keep pushing through during hard days! Always available on cell and when she treats you, you are the only patient in her world! Michael, the therapist in Yonkers makes the rehab and exercises fun and enjoyable with his wicked sense of humor! The owner Kart, Is extremely personable and friendly; very involved in patient care! The receptionists, Brenna and Kaitlyn always greet you with a smile and allow you to change appointments with a minute notice! This is the absolute best place to go for physical therapy in Westchester County! I have undergone a major spine surgery myself at 15 and Dr. Nidhi has worked with me for about 2 years now. The rest of the staff is amazing and are really there to help u with whatever u need. As someone who has previously gone to 2 different physical therapy clinics locally, this is the best one I have been to by far. All the staff there are extremely kind, honest and professional. As someone who has had to re-learn how to do Basic exercises, going to PT here has given me more strength for sports and everyday life. Definitely come here if u want to be pain free!

This was my first experience with TherapyCare, and I came in with a bad shoulder. Dr Nidhi Shah was great at assessing the problem, and in each session, we saw the improvements. What I really liked is the willingness to take time and explain the problem and ways to improve in detail. She is really friendly, and she also emailed me all the home exercises with description and images on how to do them, which was very helpful.

My father has received 4 months of physical therapy after a shoulder replacement. He has been recovering at a faster pace than expected thanks to TherapyCare. He speaks very highly of the staff and experience he gains each session. Thank you TherapyCare!

This place is Wonderful!! The staff and the therapists are excellent and very knowledgeable, professional, very careful, and helpful. I have received the best treatment over here. I appreciate the one-on-one interaction and personalized treatment that I have been provided by Dr. Nidhi Shah it has been commendable. The evaluation and exercise given were great. This PT by far has been the most beneficial one for me for my flat foot issues and lower back problems. I highly recommend this therapy care clinic if you need PT, definitely come here!

After I was diagnosed with minor ACL tear & preliminary Meniscus Degeneration, I consulted Dr. Nidhi Shah. I was relieved to know that surgical options can be avoided through consistent physiotherapy sessions. It has been 6 months since I started the sessions & I don't feel any pain or discomfort in my knees at all. I've started going back to the gym this week & have also resumed running. All thanks to the expertise of Dr. Nidhi Shah. She has a lot of patience & is very friendly with all her patients. Would definitely recommend!

I have had issues with my lower back. After a consult with my Orthopedic Back doctor I felt my best approach was Physical Therapy. My Gym has a Physical Therapist available. After meeting with Kart and Andy I gave it a shot. Within weeks of direct and detailed therapy my back has been doing very well. Well not to be outdone my right hand developed Dequervons Syndrome, similar to Carpool Tunnel Syndrome. Well short story long, Kart and Andy know their kraft very well and at their direction progress is inevitable. They are a great group of professionals, great people, and great results was had. I would recommend Kart wholeheartedly.
