This most recent course of treatment is my second experience with Therapy West, and as with the first I received excellent care. The staff is truly invested in the client's care and needs. I cannot praise the support staff enough. The scheduling of appointments was easy as well as the willingness to accommodate scheduling needs. Without good support staff the client care can suffer, they are to be commended. The therapeutic staff are attentive and willing to provide their support and time with clients.
Best care ever following knee replacement surgery! Everyone has been very friendly and professional in all they do helping me with my physical therapy! I am getting a good range of motion, and even though it is tough, they do it with a smile on their faces. Thank you!
Dallas and his staff have been absolutely fantastic as I recovered from an ACL tear! I’ve never been through physical therapy before and it was an awesome experience. They’re kind, personable, and very knowledgeable. I never felt rushed by them. They have an app with exercises for at home that is very helpful in keeping track of and remembering to do exercises. I’m grateful for them, and going to actually miss them now that I’m finished with PT! Highly highly recommend.
Dallas and his employees are great people to rehab with! The best atmosphere in a rehab center I’ve ever experienced, and I’ve been to over 10 physical therapy centers. Thankful to have them so close! Laughter is an important medicine, and there is plenty of it in this office!
I came to Therapy West after surgery for a torn bicep. Since day one, they have had the most caring team of Therapists and staff. The exercises are adapted to me and my online app keeps me accountable and focused on my daily routine. The staff is always caring and friendly, asking about me personally.
