Therapy Tree - Tucson

We are so grateful for therapy tree! My son has been seeing them for about 2 years. He sees Ms. Amanda and Ms. Emily and they do so great with him! Ms. Lexi at the front desk always is very welcoming and helpful!

Ms. Lexi is welcoming to everyone with a smile. She shows compassion to the children and parents that walk in the door. The therapists are engaging with the clients and I love that if a therapist will be out another therapist is able to meet with the clients, if time permits. The therapists are pleasant and energetic in getting the clients motivated about their services and the ambiance is very pleasant.

Edit/update This is such a bad place. They did absolutely nothing to help my son. They lack education for autistic kids and have absolutely no clue how to help. We have stopped services with them good luck trying to get in touch with anyone also. Rude rude rude and never there. And the office still smells like cigarettes. First time here and honestly the first impression isn't so great. Firstly, you walk in and all you can smell is cigarette smoke. It's absolutely disgusting. 2nd they called last minute to change our appt by a half hour and when we got here there was nobody's here to great us or let us check in. Not impressed so far at all Lastly, we over heard one of the therapists refer to her client as "bro". I don't want my child to learn that lingo at all. I'm honestly super hesitant to continue services here....

The staff is professional and courteous. My child looks forward to each session and has made major improvements academically and cognitively.

I called to set up an evaluation for my kiddo. I was told I could only do so with a referral from the pediatrician, which is not on the website at all. The lady on the phone was completely rude and not helpful. Which is entirely disappointing as a parent trying to help her child. Fun fact we had referrals sent to their office since February. I even called my pediatrician prior to calling Therapy Tree. Horrible customer service and would never take my child here.

I have two little ones that receive services at Therapy Tree, they love all the therapist. Everyone is very friendly and professional.

We've been using therapy tree for about 2 years now and they have always been wonderful. However, sice we've had Paige as our primary speech therapist, my daughter has been THRIVING! Paige really takes her time and does so much for the kids she sees. She has helped with Raven's speech, reading, and confidence. It's incredible to see how far Raven has come since we started seeing Paige. Her passion for what she does really shows.
