Nalley Orozco has been such an amazing therapist for my daughter. She is very calm and welcoming to not only her but myself and my family. She is very attentive and actually makes a difference in my daughter’s life. She gets excited to come see her every session. Would recommend her to any parent.

I really did like this place until just recently 😔 In all honesty I think I only liked this place because of my son's physical therapist Amanda . This place is absolutely horrible !!! I'd give it no stars if I could . I don't ever leave reviews but September 16 was a horrible experience at this facility!!! My child was referred to this place for occupational therapy. Meaning he has conditions that are mentally, physically, developmentally, or emotionally disabling. It's our very first evaluation appointment for occupational therapy and he is being evaluated by a women named Rebecca. Mind you she was very unprofessional and rude from the start ! The second I walked into the room with my baby she closes the door and stares at me hard asking "what's your problem" then proceeded to just stare me down for a good 5 min . I didn't even respond because I was so shocked by the way she approached me. Regardless I ignored it and carried on with the evaluation. 6 min into the appointment my child starts walking towards the wall and licked it. I said "ewww nasty don't lick that wall it's filthy" (talking to my 2 year old baby) he turnt around and walks away. Few seconds pass then he starts to walk back to the wall. At this point (therapist Rebecca )grabs my son by his waist and directs him to the wall where he begins to lick it again . I said again "ewww noooo, please don't let him lick that it's filthy"(speaking to the therapist) She gets a better grip on his hips and guides him to the wall again. now he drags his tounge from one end to the other licking this completely black and filthy wall ! I quickly got up and grabbed my son from her and said "why would you allow him to continuously lick that wall when you hear me the concerned parent asking you not to" ? I then asked her "would you lick that same wall you had my baby lick" ? She responds "no no but it's protocol" Protocol. . . "It's protocol for you all to allow my child to lick your filthy walls, that not even you would lick" ? What kind of protocol is this ?that wall could contain lead in the paint. My child could have a horrible immune system ! Which I'm almost positive he does because since that day my baby has had this horrible cough as well as a super runny nose and he's congested 😔mind you he was completely healthy before . I called the same day of the incident to inform the "manager" (Elena Ramos) she promised that she'd call me back the very next day regarding the situation and never did . She Didn't call me back until 4 days later . Today 9/20/24 refused to answer any returning calls I made out And then refused to give me any information because I was upset . Yes I was beyond upset my child is sick due to the lack of care from your staff ! Upset at the fact that you all allowed my child to lick the filthy wall and claim it was "protocol" Upset that you guys were so careless and reckless with my child who's there to clearly seek help ! I was informed that they spoke to Rebecca the therapist and no further action is being taken. Then told me not to worry about lead being in the paint there smh, and that there was no such protocol. not to mention they refuse to allow my child to get any treatment now because I was upset about how slow they handled the situation and their lack of communication. My child was being seen for physical therapy as well as speech and occupational and now they refuse to see him . PLEASE if you guys care at all for your children do NOT bring them to this facility. They DONT care for your children like they claim . I will give credit where credit is due though, Amanda is a phenomenal physical therapist my son has been seeing her for a few months, within such a short amount of time he has met all his milestones so HUGE shout-out to Amanda thank you for being absolutely amazing and helping my son Meet a few goals 🙏🏽 the only one I've met that genuinely cares !

Ms. Alyssa is the Speech Therapist that we have been working with more consistently and she is amazing with my son she’s very patient and understanding. I love all the activities that she plans with my son. He has started talking so much more since starting therapy with her. You can really tell she puts thought into the work that she does. She always finds a way to make learning fun. I highly recommend this place to any parents that are looking to find therapy for their children.

My son absolutely LOVES coming to therapy tree 😊! I never thought he would enjoy it so much ! That makes me so happy as a parent . It speaks good of the staff . The therapist actually take the time to get to know them and create a bound with them which is amazing . His speech has progressed a lot since going and I'm very thankful for that. The actually work on there goals and until your child has accomplish them they move forward. A huge shout out to the teachers and staff for there amazing work !🙂 The ladies in the front office are always nice and welcoming as well . Super cute of them to have Lucy the therapy dog🐶💗 Highly recommended!!

Really save your money and try a different place. We did pay out of pocket for our kid’s therapy which by the way is super expensive. Please inform yourself of what to expect from speech therapy.
