This is literally the sweetest office I've ever been to. I love the front office staff. They reach out via text, phone call, and email. We saw Elizabeth for the evaluation, and she was wonderful. She really impressed me with how well she connected with my son, as there was a lot of repetition, but she kept his attention (and made it fun); which is not easy to do. There are toys and books, to help, and for fun. A sweet goodbye gift to go home with stickers, a ball, etc... This place is a solid 5/5 for me and my family.

If your child has level 3 nonverbal autism or can be aggressive I would stay clear of this place. They invented some “scholarship” program that my son magically got into in which he got cotreated with speech therapy and occupational therapy at the same time. Sounds good right? What they neglected to tell you is the session is still less than 30 minutes for two therapies and once you start you can’t get out of it I asked for him to just have OT since that is what he needed the most for his severe sensory needs. They told me he could NOT have OT without ST as well. Which is insane. No therapist I have ever talked to since has heard of this. This is wrong, and clear discrimination. He was a harder child and they wanted him out plain and simple. Disgusting behavior, to be treated this way from people who are supposed to help you. So if your kid is quirky, level one or two they will be fine, but if they have severe or profound autism they will be deemed to hard and they will find a way to get rid of them. Also billing insurance for entire time when he is only getting getting 15 minutes max for cotreat sounds like fraud. And billing speech therapy which one insurance does not cover under ear nose and throat so they would cover it, also seems fraudulent. We can let the insurance company decide. Edited to say: first of all this company DID bill my insurance for every single session. Second of all we have two insurances that cover both therapies and did not need this scholarship at all. So I am not sure why the response included that lie, all you have to do is look at the EOBs I have it in writing that you billed OT (under PT for some reason) and you also billed the secondary insurance--so maybe you triple dipped to get paid the most money?

With 5 kids in therapy services, and going on 3 years at this location, I can safely say, the staff at Therapy Trails care for and love my children completely. Carlina and Arthur make sure the office and schedules run smoothly. They do everything they can to work around any scheduling conflict I might have. We've had the blessing of seeing and working with so many great therapists. Maggie, Kara, Jaclyn work tirelessly with my kids improving their speech. We've also worked with Taylor, Cassie, and Cyndi over the years when schedules changed, flex and flow. Kelly and Kendall work and focus with my kids in their occupational therapy. Allie worked with my son in PT for walking and the progress amazed me in such a short time! Therapy Trails of Grovetown provides a great team to give my kids the best therapy and services and set me, as the parent, up for success in continuing their therapy work at home. I will always recommend Therapy Trails to anyone needing pediatric services! They are absolutely the best.

We love Therapy Trails Grovetown. My toddler see Mrs.Cyndi for speech and Ms.Victoria for OT. You can really tell they care about the children they provide services too. They both send home worksheets and provide a debrief after every session. My child has opened up so much since working with them. The front desk staff is amazing as well. They are always so welcoming and take care of concerns quickly. Therapy Trails Grovetown is a magical place🩷

My babe has been going here for a while and we’ve been very pleased. We now see Mrs. Cara, and she has really brought my little out of her shell. The staff are always friendly, professional, approachable, and highly skilled. I love that they have all kinds of tools to keep the kiddos engaged, and invest in new fun equipment. It’s super cool that they have special fun days such as: wear your favorite jersey, water play, and seasonal activities. Our appointments are scheduled for the same time every week, and that makes it easy to keep up with. It’s great to see that they have grown with multiple locations, and can service more cool kiddos.

We have been going to Therapy Trails of Grovetown for over two years now. My child sees Kara and Kelly for speech and occupational therapy. They are a wonderful asset into helping my child reach their full potential! The front staff is wonderful, the billing is always willing to help with our insurance and to be honest I don't know what we would be doing without the resources they provide! He has truly blossomed into an amazing being!

One of my sons has been attending Therapy Trails for speech and occupational therapy for a couple years. He absolutely loves Friday mornings because he gets to see Ms. Cindy for speech and Ms. Kelly for OT. The staff is SO friendly, Ms. Carlina and Mr. Arthur at the front desk are always smiling and very helpful. If I have questions or need a report printed, they have it to me quick! Highly recommend this location for any speech and OT services.
