Therapist took 2 months to get us a report that ended up being a waste of information. It was things we already knew of our son and she didn't spend enough time with him to really state some of the things she did in the report. Most of it was based off of what we told her and the report itself seemed very inaccurate all together. We were left with not much direction and no new valuable information. The receptionist is very nice and courteous but she's the main one who answers phones so if she's out of town you most likely won't hear back for awhile. The company itself just seems unprofessional and disorganized...We are highly disappointed in Therapy Station and will NOT be recommending this place to anyone. Everyone we talked to suggested Far Northern but our pediatrician referred us to this place. Complete waste of insurance money....
