Therapy Source For Kids Inc.

While this faculty has some very skilled therapists, the management awful!! There are therapists that do awesome work with their patients! However, unfortunately the management staff is the worst I’ve ever seen. They are disrespectful, extremely unprofessional as well as unethical. The site manager makes decisions based on emotions, rather than what is professionally medically/clinically appropriate for patients. The woman that “manages” the facility always appeared to be angry seemed to be on a power trip. She abuses the power of her position to bully staff, and clients. Although the true victims are the children, the clients that ultimately suffer from her poor choices. I read several reviews regarding complaints of the office staff, the manager and intake clerks/schedulers, as well as complaints from actual previous employees that were displeased and rated the company poorly. I mentioned these reviews to the manger when attempting to file a complaint of concern. Those exact same reviews disappeared, obviously deleted by the same manager. Notice all the *positive reviews are several years old. =red flag #1! There’s nothing for recent years. The complaint that I have is obviously, and has been, an ongoing issue for some time. A company that has to delete negative reviews clearly has an issue and is attempting to do damage control. =Red flag #2! The public/parents have a right to know these things though. With that said, prior to choosing to take your child to “Therapy Source” aka “Therapy Town” for therapeutic services please be aware that you may be taking a huge gamble on your child health care and therapy plan.

Therapy Source for Kids, they are wonderful. 3 of our 4 children go there for one services or another. We have been going there for the last 10 years. Very compassionate, understanding and caring individuals. I love all the staff that work there. I highly recommend this place if you are in need for your child to be seen for OT, PT, SLP or Nutrition (if they still have it) Services. Please give them a call.

I've been scheduled appointments twice here first occasion was told we weren't approved but they failed to turn in all paper work stating it was missing signatures which were the counselors second occasion they called a day before sons appointment to cancel and reschedule a month out stating insurance hadn't approved but I got the letter in mail stating approval for so many sessions as well as why would you schedule an appointment & send out a packet if you don't know if its payed for or not & why wait until the day before to cancel I think its unprofessional and its my child's health being played with
