They refuse to schedule 1 hour appointments because they get paid the same amount for 30 minutes as they do 60 minutes. Which means once your child picks out toys and cleans up, you only get 20 minutes of actually working on speech. Parking is horrible and very dangerous with small children. Billing department doesn't know how to code properly for your insurance to pay therefore you'll end up paying a lot more.

Love the team and the environment there. Both of my daughters really look forward to going to therapy. Truly one of the best decisions I've made.

I am very pleased with the progress my kids have made. The staff is friendly, and the kids enjoy working with them.
