Madison Memorial Hospital’s Therapy Services is the best Physical & Occupational Therapy team I’ve ever experienced. From Dirk to Julie and all the therapists, technicians, and students practitioners in between, this unit is outstanding. I currently am working primarily with Brigham as we rehabilitate my right shoulder but all of the folks I’ve worked with since July 2023 have been equal to him in expertise, patient-facing interaction, patience with my schedule, and their universal availability to help. Outstanding organization.

Warren and AJ have been fantastic. Everyone is helpful and friendly. I believe that my husband’s healing has been intensified with the therapy here. I would highly recommend coming here for physical and occupational therapy.

I am really grateful for the care I received at Madison's hospital Physical Therapy Services. They are a very caring, and attentive team. They listen. They are good at what they do and are helping me with a broken heel, achilles tear, and back problems. The pool is extremely helpful too, with smooth chair lift and perfect water temperature for aquatic therapy.

After 2 knee replacements, hand physical therapy I have spent lots of time in the Madison physical therapy department. They’re friendly, kind, patient, supportive, knowledgeable, and willing to help you find solutions to speed up the healing process. They are excellent! Dee Jessup

We have been coming here for over 4 years and won’t go anywhere else. Started with our son who has continued to work with Brad for feeding therapy since he was a newborn! Brad is a baby whisperer! He has helped now two of my sons learn to eat in ways I couldn’t. We have also come for PT and it doesn’t matter who you see, they are all so great and care about their patients! The receptionist always works with you and your schedule to get you in when you need it!

I say this not out of anger, but as a warning to potential patients. With my knee condition it was a lot of trial and error which is fair, but now that I have a good PT I see how bad of a job they did. They never figured out exactly how to fix me, so took shots in the dark and did intense treatment based on their guesses and caused more damage. I have since moved to Seattle and have gotten a good PT and can almost run again with no pain, so my condition was obviously solvable. It is very poor judgment on their part to have such light guesses on my condition and then commit to such intense treatments, and I was too naive to see it at the time. The PT that is now fixing it figured out my condition on my second visit and started me off very light/not intense which is the opposite of what these guys did.

I have found the wound care specialists at Madison Memorial to be amazing. Kelly is a master at caring for problems and I have also been helped many times by Heath and others as well. I have been very happy with my care and would like to thank them for their friendship as well as service.

I had my knee replaced on 09/19/2022. I contracted an infection in my knee afterwards and had to get wound care on top of the physical therapy. The care I've received here at Madison Health Therapy Services is amazing. I am having my left knee replaced soon and I am for sure coming back!!! These people are AMAZING!!! They make me feel at home here.
