One of my favorite places to be! I cannot say enough wonderful things about Courtney, Stephanie, and Maddie! Their group classes have been fabulous and my private classes with Courtney have really added to my momentum of toning up! Kaitlyn has been fabulous helping me with my appointments and account details…. I highly recommend anyone!
I HIGHLY recommend all levels of Pilates at Therapy Plus (Fit Fab Life)! I have been taking classes from Stephanie for at least 10-15 years and I’m in the best shape of my life at 52!!! The studio is beautiful and the instructors are top notch! Having an intimate setting allows the instructors to watch your positioning and correct it so you gain the highest form of exercise with no injuries. They also offer an AMAZING infrared (individual) sauna that has so many health benefits. I highly recommend them!!!!!
Pilates Flow is awesome. I had not exercised in 4 years. Jess was a great instructor and made me feel very at ease. The staff if friendly and inviting. Do yourself a favor and take a class!
If you are looking for experienced and knowledgeable Pilates Reformer instructors, look no further! Stephanie and her staff will ensure you receive a high quality workout AND they will assist you if you have/had injuries. I have been attending her classes for over 5 years, so I have a lot of data points! Courtney is the perfect functional PT. She incorporates movement with manual therapy. I went to Courtney for a tendonitis injury in my leg. She listened to my lofty goals and she got me to where I wanted to be! I have no restrictions now for an active lifestyle. Courtney and Stephanie work as a cohesive team. I highly recommend Therapy Plus!

She has been a tremendous help in relieving my back pain gaining flexibility and mobility. She also explains things that help me understand what is going on, why I’m having pain and what I can do to improve movement. Wish I had done this years ago. Excellent care. Highly recommend.
