Therapy One Rehabilitation Center

I highly recommend Therapy One Rehabilitation Center. My first therapy visit with Austin was very positive. He was very knowledgeable, an excellent listener and gave helpful responses to my many questions which gave me confidence I will meet all my therapy goals (including lifting with ease my young grandchild!). I also appreciated his recommendations for customizing my exercise post-therapy to my abilities and interests. All the staff I have met at Therapy One have been very friendly and helpful.

Therapy One is the best. I have mainly been working with Heath. He is fabulous. I have also worked with Austin, Hannah and Malek. All have been wonderful. They are kind, professional and very helpful. The front desk staff is equally as wonderful. I am happy my shoulder is feeling better but I will miss my sessions. I highly recommend Therapy One!

After a couple of falls, my Doctor recommended I took a physical therapy course for strength and mobility. Austin and his team worked together well and their commitment to excellence gave me not only a physical boost but also a psychological boost. I was pushed just enough to eventually reach my goal to have sufficient mobility and strength to enjoy the company of my energetic great grandchildren. All the staff from the front desk to the individual therapists were outstandingly kind and considerate and I cannot thank them or praise them highly enough. I feel like a new person!

My first therapy session was very positive. The assistant I had was nice, gentle, and knowledgeable. I think therapy is really going to help me to get back close to normal. I was very impressed, she was very thorough. After my third session yesterday, I saw improvement from my evaluation from the beginning, I was able to do an activity that I was unable to do before. I definitely can walk smoother without leg pain now.

Therapy One has been a godsend for my shoulder and neck problems. The staff at the PCB location has been wonderful. The front desk crew are very friendly and helpful, and efficient. My Physical Therapist Austin has been super helpful and easy to work with. His knowledge and his communication skills have made it easy for me to understand what I needed to accomplish in my therapy, and the exercise regimen he had me on has alleviated almost all of my pain. I looked forward to my twice weekly sessions as I knew each week I was getting stronger. Austin has given me so many different ways to keep up my therapy on my own, and I am grateful for his expertise. I highly recommend this Therapy One location, and their amazing staff.

In the last week of June, I suffered a broken patella on my left knee. I didn't do surgery and I started therapy 2 months after. When I began I was so worried and down about the progress I would be able to make with my starting range of motion being 25°/30°. On my first appointment, I met with Miss Jenna, she really lifted my spirit and her jovial and supportive demeanor was definitely the reason I booked several sessions and went. She really pushed me to the limit whereas every session I was able to see improvements. I never had a rough day because Miss Jenna was so funny and we built a great rapport. I know I will miss her and her assistant, Malik as he too was very encouraging. Now I am at 120°\130° range of motion and I know I could not have made it without THERAPY ONE. The staff was truly dedicated to my healing, they felt like family and as such I plan to always check in with them for any physical support. I love them for getting me through this very traumatizing and difficult experience

The staff are very efficient and friendly. The Therapists are excellent. I have been working with the OT, Taylor, for post wrist surgery. She has helping me get movement back in my hands. I am working with Austin for PT. He has explained everything and is very patient. He is helping me with my neck that has bulging discs that are causing headaches. I recommend this facility to anyone needing Physical Therapy services. Willie

I learned SO much from Austin and Hannah! Austin set up a fabulous care plan for me and provided a printed out circuit for my home use. He and Hannah are fabulous teachers. Like the adage “give a man a fish and feed him for a day; teach him to fish and feed him for life”, I learned many techniques that I do at home. I’m so grateful for their time and teaching. The staff in the front is exceptionally friendly and helpful as were the ancillary staff. It was a positive experience all around.
